I don't know how the store is overall but I was out late last night on Christmas Eve doing a little door dash.. and I received two orders for pick up from this location at about midnight or so and when I got thwre, the line was long and wasn't progressing forward at a reasonable enough rate to make the wait worth my time. I message my two orders and send them both pictures of the line and told them I would have to most likely unassign myself. Both offered a very reasonable addition to the already generous up front tip I was garunteed and so I buckled down for the 32 minute wait to the window..
Tierra I think her name is.. completely threw me off with her positive and apologetic attitude for the wait I endured just then. She even offered me a free drink and was thanking me for making her job possible and bearing with her through the rough night.
She should be running this location at the very least. Absolutely amazed by her positive energy and hustle to make the orders for me while also confirming everything as she puts the bags together.

The lady working nights is great. Really nice, and goes above and beyond for sure. Food taste and freshness is better than the other places around.
Looked like only 2 people working. They were doing an awesome job. Gal up fron drive thru was polite. Good job and thank you for what you are doing with a short staff.
Literally one of the better burger kings in town. Food is always hot and fresh and tasty. I don't ever have to wait long for my food. The staff are always kind.
This is by far our favorite Burger King.

We were a little past 10:30 and they served us breakfast anyway. So kind of them. We really wanted breakfast and it tasted so good. Thank you Burger King!

Burger was a little bit dry and the price for a double whopper has definitely gone up.
Had a really good experience with Pat. Over the last couple holiday months Pat has been very helpful. He has helped me with my bk app and he is always smiling. He go above and beyond my expectations and other fast food places could take a lesson from him.
I work near this location therefore I frequent it often. I don't know what people expect, however my experience has always been good. I visit during the lunch hours only and stick with the staples. My food is always hot, made correctly, wrapped and prepared nicely. The ladies working the drive thru are always nice and pleasant. Great Job, Great Whopper!
The dinning room isn't open. Normally this location has really good service. But my last visit I had to wait at the window 15 minutes for my food. I was the only one in line but the 2 guys who worked in the back decided to take a break together and left the grill with no one to fix food.
Had a great experience with Russell last weekend. He served us with a huge smile and was very professional and polite. The food was cooked perfectly as well.
They were out of a couple things I wanted for breakfast but the super friendly service and fresh food made up for it.
