When we arrived something was up with the register, so the line was stopped for about 15 minutes upon our arrival. There was no communication as to what was going on or apology from any of the 5 employees. The ice cream was good. Definitely on the expensive side however.

Very busy on Friday evenings. Parking is horrible close to it. Recommendation is to park is the outside area Parking and take a short walk through the tunnel to get to it.

Great customer service! There are chair inside too which is convenient. Great place to get treats and relax a bit from shopping. I got a large coffee shake and a small ice cream ☺
We sat outside. My vanilla ice cream was perfect. My partner had a mint choc chip ice cream. It had a lot of choc chips which I loved but she thought was too much. Hence 4* instead of 5. We’ll be back.
The variety of ice cream and toppings is wonderful. The employees were friendly and hard-working to support a long line of customers on a weekend. The store was clean and well kept. Being in Zona Rosa makes it easy to sit outside and enjoy an evening.
