Good service good food nice and hot the only thing was that there seems to be lots of people just hanging around the parking lot other than that it's nice place
The manager had a ridiculously difficult customer that was holding up the drive thru line so I went inside. She was patient and pleasant.
Can't go wrong with the golden arches. Just keep in mind this location is a truck stop hub as well as the next exit closest to Nebraska and you usually have to pull ahead and they bring out your food during busy times. Other than that, prices are going up and quality is going down. Get your chicky nuggies and keep moving!
I go there weekly sometimes two three times a week and quite often my order is wrong. It's hard to go back when your order is wrong when heading to work

Ice cream machine never works. Fast service, cashier was quiet and not sure the best deals for a larger group. She was kind and helpful though.
It takes way to long to order anything here then you wait forever to get it. It's not a fast fast food place
This McDonald's has chosen to use the automated drive-through system that doesn't work very well at all. I haven't been through there one time where I didn't observe issues with the system for me and others.
All I gotta say is, thank you for the glorious amount of Tangy BBQ sauce. Way to hook a girl up.
Very good service the place was extremely crowded other than that .
The staff is ALWAYS friendly and fast. My favorite McDonalds location in independence, MO.
