Love love love this ihop location, the staff is always the friendliest and always open to us tailoring the order to our satisfaction. I also like that they have decaf coffee. All I have to say is don't come to IHOP at night time. Your food will be cold and the workers will look extremely exhausted. Other than that, the food is still good and looks good:)
IHOP was great. We visited the newer location on Rainbow Avenue. Kristie was our server. Dominique greeted us with humor upon entering.
The restaurant was very clean. Even the restroom was pristine and boasted a fresh 🍊 scent. The booths were comfortable and boldly colored.

Terrible customer service, nobody at the front desk to give me my to-go order. I saw a family walk out because staff took to long to even "come out" .. I stood there for about 7 minutes before I had to go to the kitchen and say "hello" for THE COOKS to come out. They looked just as confused as me. T
Best IHOP we have had in awhile,we had great service, the food was hot ,pancakes were small but we can live with it,had to send scrambled eggs back ,they were the carton eggs so heads up you have to request shell 🥚for those like me that can tell the difference, after that it was great.
We love IHOP and this one is clean and the food was even better than ours back home. And our waitress, Barbara, was FANTASTIC. Absolutely loved her. Funny and sassy and filled with personality! We will definitely come back next time we are in town.
It has finally happened. We sat for 30 minutes until we were told that the cook left and went home, and the manager was not going to wait tables and cook at the same time.
They told us we could not eat and to leave. If they knew they were so short-staffed, why did they allow us to sit and wait for
Walked in and there 5 groups of people in the waiting area. Luckily I ordered before hand but still took 30 minutes just to get my food. In waiting people were walking out. There was a lady and her daughter who had walked in and went to the bathroom. When they came out they were asking to be seated
