Went based on their new hot and crispy fries commercials. Got fries, Buffalo nuggets and a cheese burger. Not a big fan of fast food anyway and haven't eaten Wendy's in probably a decade. Never again. Everything was bad. Ended up throwing most of it away. My 🍟 were luke warm and limp. Didn't bother

I ordered through the app and picked up my food in person. The process is simple: order through the app, go inside to the to-go area and pick up your food. The staff was friendly and greeted me when I entered. The place is clean. The food is what you’d expect from a Wendy’s.
The food was borderline picture perfect. I dont see it that way often. That being said the staff could use some people skills. They weren't rude just cold.

The only thing I don't like is you have to enter/exit off Rainbow Blvd. Which is and always has been a very major/busy street. It also is a major US highway. There is an exit onto a side street, but again, unless you go several blocks out of your way, you are turning out onto a major thoroughfare. A
Good Wendy’s. Good service, but the floor was very sticky and it did not smell good. Perhaps the mop head needs replaced. I’ll return through the drive-through. Great salad!
Update 9/13/18: very clean in and out. Smells great, same great service. Great salad again.
