We noticed that TX is filled with Vietnamese restaurants, and this stands out to us as one of the most flavorful while being very affordable. I would deem this as our new go-to due until something else comes along. I would consider this an all-time high point for Vietnamese food.
Vietnamese coffee was very unique, where it was brewed and completed in front of you. Pho was plentiful with the noodles, and broth was delicious. The fried spring rolls were a bit different, it's good, just different in taste. The sticky rice with mango was delicious, but unfortunately, the mango could have been a little bit more ripe.

For my birthday, I visited this restaurant with my kids and once again they exceeded my expectations. Our server was very attentive and the food was prepared quickly and was fresh. My personal favorite dish was the vermicelli shaking beef, and the spring rolls were also very delicious. I also appreciated the free dessert spoon they gave us at the end. I highly recommend this place and hope they continue to maintain their high standards.
I am a fan of Pho, and thankfully, Katy TX has many options to chose from.
In my opinion, Little V Vietnamese Bistro is among the best. The restaurant looks more upscale than most other Pho places. The food is presented in a beautiful way and is really tasty.
If you like Pho, I highly recommend giving the Little C Vietnamese Bistro a try.

Outstanding pho in Fulshear. Every dine-in meal comes with a little spoon of creme brulee, which is a nice touch. The pork spring rolls will change your life.
The food was delicious and service was excellent! We had the beef stew and mango salad with chicken.
It’s so good! I love the mango salad and the tofu spring rolls. Their tofu is fried when you order and it makes a difference. When ever we suggest Little V’s to friends or family, they always agree. We have family in Austin who come visit and insist on going here. Always a good choice!
Came here to celebrate my birthday with my two kids and as always they never disappoint. Our waiter was very attentive to our needs and food was prepared fast and fresh. The vermicelli shaking beef is my favorite of all. The spring rolls they give you are out of this world delicious and love the little spoon The search they give you at the end at no charge. Please keep up the good work.
The wait staff were superb and not just because we were given a spring roll on the house! Attentive, helpful and friendly; each and every one whom we met. I returned later that day for an order of truffle fries to eat with my lemongrass chicken sandwich from earlier!!
Don’t take living in Houston for granted. Once you leave this city, finding Virtnamese food this good is rare!!! This is AUTHENTIC Vietnamese food. The meats are thoroughly seasoned - while not being overpowering. The curry is insanely complex and flavorful without being distracting. Customer service is to-the point and efficient. Eat here if you’re in the area and wanna try something new or find your new favorite restaurant. Highly recommended.

Was hoping to find a good Vietnamese restaurant in Katy, where we can get vegan options. Finally, found one ! Service is great too! Very polite staff !
Would have been a great dining experience since the food tasted great with big serving size but as we asked for a to go box,our enthusiastic server offered to place it in the box for us and a few minutes later,came to apologize saying they accidentally had thrown our food away. Half of mine and my husband’s left over was wasted. We could’ve placed it in the box ourselves. I was just speechless.
What a hidden gem!! Right off 1463. Right next to Tamarron / Cross Creek / Cardiff Ranch. They are always so nice. Great Pho, awesome beef stew in a variety of ways to eat it. Yummy sandwiches. Amazing spring rolls. The crem brûlée spoons at the end are the deal sealer. Don’t miss this place.
Great service and food was delicious. We ordered the little v salad, lobster spring rolls, little v pho and beef stew. Everything was cooked just right and was flavorful. Will come back.
I have ordered the Lemongrass Chicken here probably around 10-15 times through Uber Eats. The flavor is amazing and the food tastes really good. Only thing I would like to suggest is have better quality To-Go boxes.

First time at this restaurant. Friendly atmosphere, great customer service! Ordered some green tea and vegetable spring roll. 😍 it! Tea was perfect! My daughters loved the beef pho soup and enjoyed the shrimp spring roll.
The place is very cute, clean and welcoming. I got their lunch special of beef pho and shrimp vermicelli noodle plate to go and enjoyed it very much. The staff was great helped me to my car since I had a baby with me. If you are craving some Vietnamese food and bellaire is to far for you, check this place out.
I love this place, is one of my favorite restaurants, the food, the service and the price are 10/10. I go here all the time and is always great in every aspect! My favorites are their beef curry, and pho!
We had the Tofu Pho, Chicken Pho, and the spicy lemon grass chicken. We also tried the iced Vietnamese coffee. It was fantastic. We would totally eat here again. 😋 The people who work here are also wonderful. Thank you for a delicious meal. If you enjoy vegan food they have yummy options.
