My favorite barbecue place in the world they do such a good job here and the fried okra is absolutely delicious it is fresh okra you can tell and they batter it lightly and it's not too oily it's just right

A Katy staple of darn great food. This is some of the best bbq you’ll ever have. Brisket and Turkey are that perfect moist levels. The drink selections are awesome - pomegranate lemonade and watermelon lemonade options. DON’T skip on getting the banana pudding.

Food is so good and fresh~ service is amazing ~ we went late almost their closing Time. And got an awesome sooo delicious Yellow bird sauce 🥵. Thanks, manager!

Stopped in for lunch on Sunday November 12th with a group of 14 people. We got there first so we went ahead and ordered. Young lady at the register was very friendly and fast taking our order. She had to get a manager's approval to change my side to a baked potato. My lean brisket sandwich was lean and tasty (and had plenty of brisket!). Brisket was very tender and flavorful and tastes great with the sauce. Baked potato was very large! No complaints with my meal at all. I'd give mine 4.5 stars. Daughter had brisket as well and enjoyed it quite a bit. She did not enjoy her sides at all. She had mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese I believe and didn't finish either. She's not a picky eater, she just didn't enjoy the sides. Nice big restaurant, TVs up on the wall so you can watch games while you eat. It was very clean as well. I'd give it another try if I was back in the area. It was a little bit pricey. It was $45 for my daughter and I to have lunch. Seemed a little high. Food was solid though.

This was my first time at Midway. I was told that they had closed down for a while because of a fire. At any rate I was anxious to try some different bbq in Katy because I had not been impressed in the past which was prior to me writing reviews. The customer service was excellent. You order your food and they bring it to your table with a huge smile. As you can see, I had the brisket and sausage with mac and beans. The brisket was juicy without being greasy and the sausage was prepared at the perfect temperature. The mac and cheese and bbq beans tasted homemade, which, is my preference. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and recommend it any time you're in this area!

My organization booked a catered event at Midway BBQ and was treated to top notch service by Jason, Briana, Kevin, and Graciela. They know how to take care of you here, and it shows. Thank you to all the staff for making our experience enjoyable.

Today was my first time there and it was amazing and arrived at 11:28AM. I was greeted by a young blonde girl who was very friendly. The restaurant is very clean inside and they have awesome decorations all inside. The gentlemen behind the counter did a phenomenal job and were very fast and efficient. Everyone had a very friendly and positive attitude. I ordered a half pound of pork and beef sausage with a side of pork rinds. My server was named Desiree E and she made my experience wonderful by providing excellent customer service. She was friendly and professional. I would like to thank Midway Barbeque for being able to hire such amazing staff. Make sure to ask for Desiree when you visit because she is professional, courteous and will make your visit exceptional on top of the amazing tasting food. Y'all truly have an amazing asset to the restaurant, and I know she would make a great manager if she is not already one. Hopefully you are able to share these comments with the staff who were on duty today because they rocked!!!!!! The sausage was cooked perfectly and the flavor was delicious. It wasn't that lunch meat type either, the sausage had a course texture to it. I then had the pork rinds and the flavor was out of this world and they were not greasy or over cooked. Oh and I got some dill pickles that were very tasty along with some unsweetened tea. It was refreshing and very fresh unlike some places where the tea is stale. If you are reading this message do your taste buds a favor and head to this establishment before they close. You will not be sorry as I look forward to trying other items. I am doing the Keto diet and the meat there is great. Again thank y'all for taking care of me today when I came in, and I look forward to going back again.
