I'm not a big fan of pizza, but once in a while I crave a fire oven pizza. I did a search for fire oven pizza, and this place popped up. I now have found my place whenever I'm craving a good pizza. The place was so clean, that's important to me. The customer service was great. Most importantly the pizza was amazing.
Great place to get pizza. Everything is made to order so it’s always fresh and hot. My first time going I didn’t want to try anything too wild so I got the meatzilla. It was delicious. There’s a good amount of traffic through the restaurant so tables might not be as clean as one would like. Staff is helpful and patient with order taking.
Passing by going down the feeder of I-10 towards old Town Katy my eye caught what I was want and that was some good tasting brick oven pizza. It's create your own like MOD Pizza. First hang is that they don't do slices (just an FYI). Don't get close to the glass partition or you will get scolded, of course I was a little back from the glass. This set it up for a bad 1st time customer service experience. The atmosphere is very calm and comfortable. Now I must say that the pizza is very good and flavorful with fresh ingredients to choose from and they also offer beer. I would recommend. Give their pizza a try.
1st time and definitely loved it. Prices are not bad at all, the service is very nice, pies come out quickly. The toppings are great, slightly on the light end, I'll take the hit, since maybe I didn't ask for more. I also could have gone heavier on some of the pepper and seasoning. This place is better than any of those fast food/delivery joints, so if you're in the area or lucky enough to get delivery from here, I wouldn't hesitate to order from here. Enjoy!
The pizzas are amazing! So tasty and has a great amount of cheese unlike other places. The only thing I would ask for is increase the toppings amount. It is fairly priced. Thanks to the management Keep up the great work!
Right amount of chewy and crispy on the doug. Lots of toppings to choose from. Asked for extra crispy and was spot on!👍🏼

Everyone here are great with keeping the atmosphere positive, and chill. The pizzas they make will keep you coming back. For sure, I've been a regular for some time now. Plus it helps when I'm on my lunch to enjoy a delicious meal. NOTE: if you order ahead of time, they will PREPARE the pizza. When you arrive they will put it in the oven.
I love the ability to make your own pizza and the gentlemen making ours did a phenomenal job. The thickness of the pizza crust was just right. it wasn’t too thick and it wasn’t too thin. I love the turn style pizza oven they are cooked in because it delivered a great crust on bottom as well as a crispy top crust. The overall taste of the pizza was on point. I recommend 1000 degree pizza of Katy.
The best pizza in Katy I have ever tried. The seafood pizza is tasted so good . I ordered 2 for Togo and still not enough for my kids. They love the freshness and smell so good. The staffs are friendly and they made a quick pizza that I don’t have to wait for too long
What can I say? This place has become my favorite, go to, pizza place in Houston. Three pizza is flawless, as it's cooked in an old school ceramic oven to perfection. The fact that you can build your pizza any way you want is just awesome. Another cool thing is that now that they started selling wine I can now enjoy a good bottle of wine along with my tasty pizza. Why do I need to go to midtown to some fancy place to enjoy a neopolitan pizza and wine when I have that here?? The best wine is the Cabernet they offer with the Meatza pizza. It is a testament to the owner that he listens to his clientele and started selling wine. This place is where you need to go for pizza. Simply said, there is no better pie in H Town than this place.

Update: We recently ordered some pizzas to go. Service was fast and the pizzas were good.
We ate three pizzas today. It was around 1:30 and not crowded at all. The pizzas came out fast after we finished paying. Everyone enjoyed their pizzas. I ordered a meat lovers. I wish there was a little more flavor on the chicken or sausage that was part of my pizza.
I have been very very pleased with all of my experiences here! I have celiac disease (a severe gluten allergy to put it simply) and to date I have had no problem eating here, which is not the case with most pizza restaurants. I have found myself eating here once or twice a week as it is very convenient and flavorful. I have always ordered take out and I make sure to put everywhere that everything needs to be gluten free and that I have an allergy. There is always the big risk of cross contamination but they seem to handle it with care as I have had no problems eating here. Very happy with the options and customer service, will continue to visit!
Great tasting pizzas. Been here several times and never disappointed by the pizza.
The wings could be better, I prefer the skin to be crispy and not rubbery.

It's a make your own pizza place. So I made one with all the meats except chicken. Added the typical veggies to round it out to a more combo style. It turned out pretty good not very salty despite all the meat that was on it.
Excellent pizza for the entire family and all ages. Several options for pizza toppings. Also pizza is ready in 2 minutes. Which is a plus for when you want a pizza quickly. About average for quality standards. This establishment is in the comfort food genre. In the future this would be a nice pizza bar if the owner decides to move in that direction. I would recommend.
Service was great, everyone was so friendly and helpful. I love how fresh all the ingredients are. And the fact that they have fresh mozzarella in addition to the usual mozzarella that most places have. A little pricey, but you get quality pizza just for you. So it's worth it. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is cuz my crust was a little burnt, but that happens to the best of us.
Wish I lived closer! Tried last time I was in Katy and very impressed. Staff was great, friendly, helpful to explain the menu and loaded up the topping high! I see it as a better value and quality over a Mod pizza (build your own).
Great place! Highly recommended, a complete different experience from other pizza places, fast food and service. The dough taste completely different, in a great way I mean. Fresh ingredients and great variety. If you like pizza you need to try this new concept. Again highly recommended.
