This new location off Kingsland and Pin Oak has got it it going on! Kevin and Kelly did an amazing job remodeling and decorating their new place which is in a great location. They have great weekly specials and happy hour deals which attracts customers. They also take lots of pride in serving great tasting/high quality food and also creating a fun atmosphere to watch your favorite sports or just listen to some good jam!
They have outside seating as well.
Great time. Food was delicious. We loved their buffalo wrap and Baja tacos. Margaritas were good too. Plenty of tvs to watch the games.
This place was really good. I went on a Wednesday when they had a wing special.. the wings come breaded or naked and were a good size... the bread pudding was the best I've had in Houston. The waitress Kenzie was awesome... it was all around a great experience... I would recommend this place to anybody.
Our waiter was so sweet! I didn't get to catch his name but he was very attentive and made sure our experience was flawless 😊
Texas Borders has great food and an inviting atmosphere. The owners always go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and when you walk in the door you get a great, Welcome Y’all, greeting :) The drinks are great and one of my favorite menu items are the southwest egg rolls. Their wings are fantastic, and when it’s crawfish season, look no further! I love their new location on Pin Oak Rd! I had a business lunch here Wednesday and the service was quick and everyone friendly!
First time eating here with my family. Wife had tacos, son had mushroom burger with chili cheese fries, other son had cheese quesadillas and I had naked wings with mild sauce.
The tea was good. All of the food was good quality. Food was served fast and hot. Good variety of menu items...warning dessert portions are large.
Fried pickle tour: The pickles here are pretty phenomenal. They have more of a fish and chips breading, and it compliments the fresh, chipped pickles very well. The ranch is a little runny, but has a good flavor. Five stars.
I got the catfish po boy. It is delicious, but huge. Be prepared. The fries are perfectly seasoned.
Teenager got the fajita quesadillas. He also loved them.
Food was good, we ordered to go and they forgot our nachos… but drove them personally to us to make it right. Great service!

The food is top shelf! Catfish was great, Santa fe salad with blackened chicken was super. Dan's chicken pasta was delicious and generous, and burgers were good!

It was okay not as good as it's hyped.
The queso is NOT the best in town. I repeat, the queso is NOT the best in town. Tasted generic. Like a knock off Velveeta based queso.
The margaritas are hella strong. I didn't feel my first one until she sat the second one on the table and I knew I was in trouble. Luckily I was with my boyfriend and he was able to drive for us. This and what I ate for lunch saved this review from being crappy.
I had the chicken sandwich but customized it to put it on a brioche bun with bacon. That was amazing. Like I was over the moon with my sandwich. My boyfriend, on the other hand was not as thrilled with his chicken fried steak. I didn't want to ruin my good vibes with his bad food so I can't comment on it.
We won't be back, honestly. I had a better time than he did and while my actual meal was good, it was pretty greasy. And with him saying his was bland, I know he won't want to come back.
But don't take my word for how good my sandwich was. I was more drunk than I thought after all lol
