The loaded bulgogi fries are awesome. It's a must!! The servings are very large. Spicy chicken tacos are very good. Of course, get the tenders. You won't regret it. Until you realize you have too much food.
The pork buns are great also.
Was so excited to swing by since the Austin location closed. It's wild how crispy the wings are. I always order extra because they maintain a quality crisp even the next day. It's surprising to get such perfection from a chain restaurant.

Did not give 5 stars due to the restroom. The urinal was in rough shape, the overall bathroom could have been cleaner, and the smell was a bit overwhelming. Not what you want as you're going back to your seat to eat.
An hour drive from Sugar Land was more than worth it for this restaurant! Me and a group of 5 friends found our experience at BonChon fantastic. From the moment we entered the restaurant we took note of the walls aesthetic designs. After taking our seat we were quickly approached by out waitress who provided us with great customer service. Our large order of tasteful tacos and drumsticks was not only served quick but paired with free extra fries. These fries were not only crisp but perfectly seasoned, and the tacos sauce complimented its flavorful beef with excellence. I truly could not find a weakness on the menu, every item felt as if it was served with care and love for each customer. Everyone should bless their tastebuds with this restaurants top tier quality. From my experience I can say this restaurant is worth the hype, worth the gas, and worth the price. I will definitely be back!
Wanted to try this place while in Katy. Had medium combo (wings and drums) with half and half sauce, with pickled radish and a side order of rice. The soy garlic was very good but the spicy was quite spicy and too much spice for my wife and I ate all the spicy ones. Liked the soy garlic flavor but it would be nice if they had more spice levels. They have other Korean dishes besides fried chicken, like bibimbap and bulgogi, which is nice. Service was fast and friendly. Overall it was a good experience.
First time trying Korean chicken. Overall it was very tasty. If you like spicy, there is a selection that will have you sweating. I got the combo of drumsticks and wings. I preferred the wings because I was expecting something different with the drumsticks. The staff was accommodating and my order didn’t take long. The zucchini fries were so good! Glad I had a great experience and would definitely recommend to others.
My spouse has eaten here twice and enjoys the spicy wings.I came along as the wing person. We ate several different dishes and sauces. The spicy sauce with the crispy fries has great flavor and heat. The fries are delicious. We ate the pork buns with spicy sauce and again enjoyed the soft texture of the bun and the tasty pork belly. We had both spicy wings and a 50:50 mix of spicy and soy garlic. The crispness is very close to the crispy chicken we enjoyed In Seoul. We also had the sliders with crispy chicken and spicy sauce dip. The bun was soft and delicious. The server was patient and helpful with recommendations. Great lunch.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a Bonchon restaurant known for its delectable Korean chicken, and it was an experience I won't soon forget. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warm hospitality and an inviting ambiance. The menu boasted an impressive array of flavors, each dish crafted with utmost care. The Korean chicken was a revelation—crispy on the outside, succulent and tender on the inside, and bursting with authentic Korean spices. The accompanying side dishes were equally delightful, adding depth and variety to the meal. Without a doubt, this restaurant has mastered the art of Korean chicken, leaving me eager to return for another unforgettable feast.
The food is the delicious and the staff were friendly. It’s missing a star b/c the facilities could use some work. The floor was sticky and when we came in The tables needed to be wiped down although there were no dishes that needed to be bussed. The food was delicious! It does take time for some of the wings and chicken drumsticks to come out but it was worth the wait. The bathroom was clean however they ran out of paper towels and didn’t fill it while we were there. The staff seemed busy although when we first arrived there wasn’t many dining-in patrons. Is recommend this place and I’ll definitely be back! If the floor isn’t sticky and better cleanliness I’ll update my 4 star review.
The people here are very kind, welcoming, and flexible for everyone. The server I had was so kind and I couldn’t ask for better customer service. They offer a wide variety of chicken and it comes with a very delicious signature sauce with different flavors. Their special fries are the best fries I have ever had, they are crunchy and so flavorful. Definitely recommend coming here as it is good, fast, and very welcoming restaurant.
The food here is AMAZING!!!!! On top of that... it comes out REALLY fast! We had the drumsticks and the wings with fries on the side. After ordering it only took us about 10 minutes to get our food, if that. The chicken was tender, juicy and the breading was crispy. The sauce had just the right amount of spice! We loved our entire meal! Another plus for us is the outdoor seating! We will be putting this place in our regular rotation!
Our experience was amazing! The bartender made us a wonderful ruby hurricane... just a little twist from the tropical hurricane that's on the menu! Please order one! Come back and thank me later! Anyway the staff was awesome, sweet, and attentive. Very nice spot to have a good meal and drink. Our food was delicious the korean tacos was a little spicy but that's definitely preference maybe. The overall taste and freshness was great. My waiter was new but she was the sweetest waiter ever! We will be back and I say if you're reading my review give them a try! And get the ruby hurricane! We had 4 total lol
We liked it! Good vegetarian options, but really best for all the chicken lovers! Delicious sauces and flavors on each dish. The plain bibimbap, seasoned fries, and vegetable postickers were good meatless options. Kids liked the popcorn chicken and pork buns plain. It would be 5 stars if there was a loaded kimchi fries option (without meat!) and smaller kids menu portions of popcorn chicken, etc.
Their fried chicken flavors are wonderful. However the legs are too big for my taste. Drinks are good too. Wait time can be a bit long sometimes.
The food here is so delicious. The house special fried rice is so savory I can eat an entire service of it with nothing else. My husband loves the soy garlic wings! Our son gives their fries two thumbs up. Definitely a win win win spot for our little family. Oooh I almost forgot about the drinks!! So I had a Bonchon Breeze... all I can say is Yummmmmm!
The only reason I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because I am a picky and there are not many kid friendly drink options for parents that don’t allow soda drinking. No biggie I just make a note to bring a water bottle for our little guy when we do come. But boxed juices or bottled water would be a great option.
