This was our first time at Red Robbin at Katy and our experience was great. Hugo, was our server. He was so nice and kind all the time. He took the time to told us what was his favorite food in order to help us to choose ours.
Minutes after we got there, the manager in charge came to us to say hello because he heard that was our first visit there. One thing I really like of Hugo (server) was that he always talked to my kids (Teenagers) as regular customer. Usually servers ignore kids and always talk to the parents.
The food came pretty fast. All fresh and hot.
We loved the food but our favorite part was definitely customer service.
Food was great! We did have to ask for the bench to be wiped off so that we would sit and there was something sticky on the table, but it that was easily remedied and they rest of the restaurant was clean, bright, and cheery. Our server was efficient but was a little rude, nothing major he was just very short and seemed a bit exasperated.
Eaten at this specific Red Robin a few times now, had a great time the last time we went. Our server was Sean, and i had some friends with me and he was funny and quick. Service was on point, bathrooms and restaurant was clean, food was very good. I was surprised to learn they had changed their plating from a basket to an actual plate, wasn’t the biggest fan of it, but i personally didn’t mind. 4.7/5 stars
The ladies in my family got together to dine here. We had a great meal and social time. It was nice to enjoy each other’s company and have good food. We even had dessert. It has been a long time since I had something sweet at Red Robin. We will go again.
Great service, first I want to start off by saying WHY is this my first time eating Red Robin? Lol, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the burgers were!! Food came fast, hot and delish!!! Will be back ASAP! The first picture is the Royal burger, the egg on top was just right and the bun was toasted to perfection! I smashed the burger down and the egg just poured over the burger omg, it was great! The 2nd picture is the Veggie burger which my husband LOVED! He wanted to go back the next day lol, burgers are a bit pricey but WELL WORTH IT!
We went to this location for the second time ever after swearing never to go again due to the horrible service we received the first time we went. But our youngest daughter kept begging to go back so we gave it another go.
Jake was our server, and did such a great job that he single handedly earned this location a place in the restaurant rotation we use as a family.

Came with the kids. Loaded fries appetizer was just okay. BBQ chicken wrap was delicious and I wanted to take a bite of my sons cheeseburger. Also had their cookies for dessert and they were amazing…. They had a tinge of health bar flavor to them. We ordered to some for family at home, so 5 adult meals plus one kid meal one appetizer and one dessert was $120 pre-tip. Not bad at all
Omggg absolutely amazing service. Food taste so good. Fast service everything was great. Our waitress Hailey was honestly the best waitress we have ever had. She was honest and pleasantwe will be coming back for sure. She made our visit worth it.
First time trying out this place. We were a big group but the servers are friendly and gave great hospitality. The food was so delicious I couldn't get enough of their fries. Definitely want to come back again.
We have had great service the two times we have gone. All the employees are very attentive and make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your meal.
Service was great. Food was good. My only complaint isn't with this location... It's that red Robin's buns aren't thick enough and tend to fall apart with the saucier burgers. I ordered the ghost tavern double and it was hands down the best burger I have had here. I recommend the sweet potato fries if you end up trying the ghost tavern. It helps to cool your mouth down in-between bites! Also, I would like to thank Chris and his backups because they were swamped but stayed vigilant and extremely helpful!
Very good, the food was delicious, and out waiter was very nice. Super homey and fun. Would definitely recommend if your nearby.
Drove all day from FL (where our local RR closed a few years back) We needed to feed a tired family quick. We had an awesome experience at this location. Got seated right away and our server Mikella was lovely. Food was perfect all around, we were completely satisfied. It was a bit loud but it was also dinner time so go figure. Highly recommend!
