Definitely something sweet! Interesting names for their very creative donuts. There’s something for every sweet tooth donut lover. They also offer milkshakes, lattes, coffee and fountain drinks. Try have the Jesus cheesecake donut. Tiny Tim donut, collie monster donut...Just stop by but make sure you have room for the calories! :)

First time here...just found it and decided on a short road trip. Brought my boys here after lunch. Very neat business. Open 24 hours a day 8 days a week, like their sign says. They have a large assortment of unique donuts. We got the strawberry cheesecake, chocolate cake and cotton candy donuts and a few for mom later. It was very clean, the donuts were delicious. We will be back.

Creative take on a donut shop. The kids loved it, and they have varieties of donut I would never have imagined. The cold brew and nitrogen brew coffee are good as well, and the extra bendy straws we a nice touch to go along with a trendy atmosphere.

Great donuts - they’re like mini cakes layered with all sorts of gooey heavenly goodness. The apple fritters are as big as a softball and the kolaches look like baseball bats. It’s a fun treat but my waistline couldn’t handle regular visits!

Great place to bring your sweet tooth and sugar addiction. The kids will also love it here. The moment you walk in it just reeks of delicious donuts. And, because the donuts are fresh, the kiddos can actually watch as the donuts are made... FUN! The service was friendly and warm, and you feel welcome the moment you set foot in here. The donuts aren't really anything too special in the flavor dept. They didn't taste any different from any other donut you could get at Krispy Kreme, or even Dunk N Donuts, but they did taste really fresh. Anyway, it's still a great place overall! Highly recommend!

Had been to Hurts before and as I recall it was in Katy, but I guess they moved here, which is more convenient for me. Had the Bart Simpson, E.T., Red Velvet with cake pieces, and maple bacon donuts. Everything was yummy. The selection of flavors is good and the donuts are fairly bigger than some other donut shops I know.

Most everyone loves donuts. They are sold in grocery stores and many other places and the majority of donuts sold are often the standards, like glazed, chocolate iced, cream filled, and so forth. If you want something a little more over the top, a good place to visit is Hurts Donut in Katy. This location is, I believe, the first one in the state of Texas for this donut chain and it is a fun place to visit for the donut freaks among us. The first thing you notice when you visit is that the inside is large, with a good deal of seating but also with a good amount of open space. I like the open spaces because it means I can sit down and enjoy my donuts without having other customers bump into me. There is plenty of space for everyone. Most any donut shop in Houston also sells kolaches and Hurts Donut is no different. But the reason to visit Hurts isn’t for the kolache side show, it’s for the donuts themselves. They are offered in fun flavors, loaded with toppings that invoke the taste of your favorite candy bars, brand name cereal, etc. There is even a donut topped with bacon bits! It can be very difficult to make a decision and if you get frustrated trying to choose, just ask the person behind the counter to create a surprise package, complete with the donuts they choose. The selection isn’t overwhelming, but the different flavors and toppings are creative and it can get difficult to choose, since most who visit will likely want to try so many of them. The majority of the donuts are of the cake variety and they are sugary sweet and indulgent in many instances- the way a donut should be. Some are certainly better than others, so I recommend getting a dozen different ones for your first visit so that you can sample and find the ones you like best. For beverages Hurts Donut offers all you can drink soft drinks, coffee, and tea. If you want something else to drink, like milk or juice, they sell that, too, but only by the sealed container, which are sold in a self- serve refrigerator. You just reach inside and get what you want before you order your donuts, then pay for everything at once. Donuts are the great American indulgence and Hurts Donut ranks among the most indulgent and most fun of all Houston area donut shops to browse for sweet treats. Yes, the sugar and empty calories are a tad much, but no one ever said a donut shop was supposed to be a health food store. Donuts are all about indulging and Hurts Donut is certainly a cool place to overload on sugar and empty calories- a diversion we all deserve every once in a while!

First of all, I'm a cinnamon roll junkie, so you can imagine my delight when I saw this big boy. Yes, it's full of calories, but it's worth every last one of them. The first picture (cinnamon roll) was my first time visiting Hurts. I couldn't believe their selection of awesome looking donuts and Kolaches. I know they have certain items that are served daily, but they also "mix up" their selection of specialty donuts. Yes, you can get regular glazed donuts, but where is the fun in that?? 😁🍩🍩 My 2nd picture is from my second trip. I got a Blueberry Strudel (for my brother- he loved it!), a cherry and lemon pie (I really wanted Key Lime, but was not disappointed with the cherry or lemon), and my new favorite, red velvet with cream cheese icing and chocolate. That thing blew my mind. I didn't know what to expect, but it sure beat out a piece of red velvet cake from the grocery store! They had 3 kinds of red velvet: plain (just the red velvet cake donut), cake with chocolate (self explanatory) and then the big boy I chose. Seriously, I see lines at Dunkin Donuts and for the life of me, I can't understand why. Hurts is open 24/7, you can get your fancy coffee fix.....well...none of that Frappuccino stuff, but seriously....if you're getting your donuts from elsewhere, you are doing your tastebuds a serious disservice.

We ordered doughnut delivery (COVID Times) and weren't given the option to pick out the types of dougnuts we wanted. I would never have tried the fruity pebbles doughnut but I have to tell Ya, it was delish! I felt kinda bad cutting into the cookie monster cookie because it was looking back at me and it was just too cute...

Delicious donuts, crazy flavors, but you can't go wrong just with the original glazed. Plus, they have the most AWESOME mixer in town. And they have huge kolaches. If you like my review make sure to give it a like :)

I have been meaning to come in for a while now and I made it in tonight for the first time. The donuts are incredible and are a meal just in there selves. There is a donut for everyone's taste buds and then there are kolaches that are amazing made with Chappell Hill Sausage. The location is huge for all group sizes and just a fun atmosphere. To top this perfect visit off this place is open as they say 25 hrs a day it can't get any better. I would recommend Hurts Donuts to everyone so whether your in the neighborhood or across Texas make the drive in and you will not regret it. I will definitely be back. The staff are so wonderful and welcoming with amazing customer service.

Excellent service and attention to detail. Everyone in the store is helpful and everything is delish!! Best kolaches anywhere. The donuts are like mini cakes with amazing toppings. Plus open. 24/7 like donut shops up north! Have to try them out.

My second Hurts Donut Place, this time in Katy, TX. They make some awesome “donut shakes” - you choose the donut, they make the shakes. Great for kids and grown-up kids alike.

The donuts are big! They tasted pretty good and had a pretty good variety. I had the key lime pie and an iced latte. Everything was good.

This has been my go to donut place in Katy for the past year. Was so hurt when I saw they were gone a few weeks ago, until I saw they opened a new location in Downtown Houston! Really impressed with their set up, just disappointed with the higher prices now, but makes sense given the location. Hope they do well in their new location! Will be coming back whenever I'm in town.

GUYS!!! Hurt Donuts gave us the BEST VALENTINE'S DAY EVER!! Matt was very professional scheduling our delivery. There was some phone tag, but that is to be expected with a business that is open ALWAYS. We have an office in Cypress. The guys showed up, and in my opinion, this year's CUPID was the best EVER (I've watched the videos on Facebook), they did their dance, took photos with everyone and delivered us delicious, fresh, donuts. The donuts are more expensive than the average donut, but it took three of us to finish one of them off!! They are CAKE donuts, but that's my jam, so I am a fan. I HIGHLY recommend these guys. Thanks, Matt and team! You made our day.

Great variety of flavors. We tried three flavors and two of them were cake like and the other one was more traditional. The donuts are really, really, really sweet so if you are up to that you're going to love it. The one thing I don't appreciate is the lack of a changing table at the restroom.

Awesome family friendly atmosphere and a great selection of fun & delicious donuts. The kolaches are one of the few in the area that have a satisfying meat-to-bread ratio. A must-try!
