I recommend this place! It was sooo yummy. The air conditioning was out, which was mentioned when we walked in. The manager, maybe owner, was so accommodating and put our group of 5 (three adults, 3yr old, & 10 mth old) in front of a fan. The air didn’t matter to us because we are currently evacuated from Lake Charles due to Hurricane Laura. The food was delicious and plentiful! The picture I posted is actually a kids plate of a cheese enchilada.

Victor's has been a Tex Mex staple on north Fry Rd for more than 20 years. All the food is fresh and made to order.

Tasty food, good price value, perfect for bigger groups. The service could've been more attentive and polite, then I would've given 5*. One waiter purposely ignored me trying to get his attention saying "he's got to serve the food first", before he even answered. I didn't like that. It was rude. He could've reacted at least and advised me to wait a minute rather than pretending he hasn't heard me.

Have loved this location for the past 18 years. Service was always excellent, staff always polite. Food: delicious and their micheladas: amazing 👏 grateful for the upgraded play area for the kiddos in recent years. The tire swing was the most fun.

DELICIOUS FOOD...AWESOME DRINKS...EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE...NOT EXPENSIVE!!! This restaurant has been around for years and I swear their food gets better and better! Some of the best Mexican food around and hands down the best service! The owner is usually there to greet you and to thank you when you leave which is very nice. If you have never been to Victor's or haven't been there in a while do yourself a favor...go and have a good time!!!

Was fun to try the chips and guac! It is a nice activity to try them with your group. The beef tacos were ok, but I felt that the meat itself could have had more seasoning, even with the dipping broth. The carnitas were similar - it was missing something. I found the tacos better. They were lightly fried until just cooked and still tender. The chips added a nice crunch and cut the greasiness.

Victor's is among the best, if not the best, authentic Mexican restaurants in this part of Texas. Victor, the owner, prides himself on quality food, beverages, service and atmosphere, and is always available to greet his customers and see them through the dining process. The food is excellent, the margaritas are refreshing, and the service is outstanding, not to mention all very affordable. This restaurant has been a staple in my family's frequent trips to the Katy area for many years and will be for many years to come. So if you're in the Fry/Mason Road area, stop in a pay Victor a visit, you won't regret it!

So happy on Thursday of the BIG FREEZE to find Victor's on Fry Road open. As always they had excellent, friendly service and great food. Due to the freeze they had limited supplies and had to do some substitutions. They let us know ahead of time and the meal was still great. They accommodated some special requests by granddaughter.

Service is great, the outside patio is usually empty and great right now if you have concerns due to Covid. The patio has a lot of air flow and the playground is closed at this time so less foot traffic. Food is always good and the staff friendly and attentive.
