I have been here twice now. I like how kid friendly this place is. The sink is even lower in the bathroom so they can easily wash their hands. If you like the shaggy dog you'll love the summer roll! The fried rice is fantastic.
My wife and I like Shaggy Dog Rolls and this place didn't disappoint. We became good customers. Service is great and people very nice. Better than average sushi place at a good price. Calm and clean, welcoming environment. I would recommend specially since there are limited options in this part of Katy
Good service, decent food, pretty well rounded restaurant. While there wasn't anything incredibly exceptional, nothing was bad. It had been a fairly enjoyable experience. I would recommend it.
Absolutely love this place! The large family platter is great for get togethers and are so delicious.
My one and single complaint was not having an extra stomach when eating here.
Tsukiji Fusion is a really cool, clean, relaxing sushi place. The decorations are not typical Japanese-style, but it is more modern and relaxed. An excellent place to bring a date
The food was obviously phenomenal, and the crew were helpful and patient when asking them questions.
If you like sushi, you will not be disappointed eating here.

This is officially our new Sushi date night location. I have to admit, it hits all the right notes.
The location is clean and quiet, with lots of manga artwork on the walls. The staff are very friendly, helpful and definitely remember repeat customers. Their selection of Sushi is awesome!
We've been there three times now and it keeps getting better every time. Our favorites are the Shaggy Dog, the Charizard Roll, the pan fried dumplings, and we've been cycling through their rice bowls as well.
Word to the wise, if you get a rice bowl, and it has a side sauce, please try the sauce before dumping it in the bowl! That way, you know if it's for you or not.
Happy hour is great when you are looking to get in and out quick, the portion sizes are smaller and the cost is reduced. We usually drink water with our meal, and it all still comes out to less than $50.00.
If you live in the area and love Sushi,...please pay them a visit!

Business is still booming for this location, especially on the weekends. However, Wednesdays seem to be their quiet days in case you wanted to escape the crowd!
We went in for lunch and we weren't disappointed at all. The place was super clean, the staff wore masks, and it wasn't very crowded either.
We ordered the chicken teriyaki bento box, it comes with 4pieces of sushi, fried veggies (carrot, potato, broccoli, Onion), chicken breast in chosen sauce, a small side of salad, a small bowl of miso soup, and white rice (can be switched to fried rice for $1). And it was absolutely delicious. Loved every last bite of it.
Another thing we ordered was the Charizard roll which contains steak and crab. It was delicious too. Definitely try their specialty rolls and they have a wide variety of those. The portion size is generous too.
They also have squeaky clean restrooms that has a space for changing baby diapers as well.
4 stars simply because we've had better sushi in Houston. Although this place is worth a try!
It's really good. I ordered the Jason Roll, my partner ordered the Pokemon roll and our son just had fries with chicken nuggets. We were all satisfied. It's a nice, calm environment, not a loud vibe which I liked a lot. The food was perfect, tasted good and I liked the atmosphere. The customer service was good, too, they made sure to clear the table and ask for refills. I recommend this place.
Delicious sushi! My 1st time here, and this is a definite recommend! Nice sized restaurant, tables, booths. Bar with TV and plenty drink options! Karen, our waitress was very nice, informative and funny!! Very clean and some upbeat and soothing music from all genres was playing in a perfect volume setting! Easy access off and on I-10. Parking is plentiful, but shared since it's on a strip center. You will not be disappointed! Try the Rocky Road and Tempura shrimp rolls, so good and flavorful and crispy edges! Nice for date nights, very cozy ambiance!
First time there with my daughters. I've never eaten sushi, before cause I didn't like the thought of eating raw fish. Well I tried a few pieces of my daughters sushi and it was really good. Well definitely go there again. I think I might have converted. 🤷♀️
I’ve tried all the expensive overrated spots in the city, but none compares to this place! Best sushi I’ve had, the quality is top notch. I always ask for their recommendations and it never disappoints. Do NOT pass on the rodeo roll, it’s one of the best
Overall, I was completely satisfied with Tsukiji Fusion Sushi.
The selection of rolls was a bit more than your average American Sushi eatery. It seemed as though there was essentially every combination you could want in terms of pairing.
I've tried to incorporate more patience in my life as of late. If there was anything about the experience that was less than 5 stars, it would be that the service was a bit slow. Not bad service by any means!!! So, just be patient and enjoy the experience if you decide to check them out!

awesome experience, service was attentive and helpful. quality of the raw fish was great, sashimi were very thick, that would be the only think somewhat negative, but hey more fish, right?
The variety of the products in the Love Boat (conveniently priced at $69 lol) was plenty satisfying. the 3 of us finished it and we were all full

Went here for lunch with some colleagues. Ordered some starter salads, Katsu and 3 specialty rolls. All were excellent and huge! I think each had 10-12 pieces. Plenty to chose from and I'll definitely be back to try it all out.
We really enjoyed our time here, very calm, fast service, variety of sushi. The only thing I didnt like Volcano roll wasnt the same taste as my previous visit (it felt like less cilantro). However, overall good! :)
Nice, quiet place with good sushi. The lighting inside was dim, which set the mood for my date. Lunch prices were decent except it only included the "basic" rolls and none of the special ones. Everything we ordered was good. The Rodeo roll was the best.
I stumbled on this place when I was looking for a good nice dinner for me and my girlfriend. The reviews were good, so I figured we should try it out. We were seated as soon as we arrived and the wait staff came to get our drink order and give menus right away. We ordered food shortly after and it came out very quick. This sushi was what I'd been looking for and didn't disappoint. We will definitely be back!
Excellent presentation and service! The food tastes amazing and the ambiance is nice. They don’t rush you to order and they don’t bother you to much while you eat. We have been here several times and the food and service is consistently good. I would recommend everyone give them a try.
