Visited this Whataburger for the first time after driving in from New Mexico, and I couldn't have asked for a better introduction to their menu. Mir, the fantastic employee, was an absolute gem in guiding me through my order. Not knowing what to try, Mir provided a detailed breakdown of each burger, and with their assistance, I opted for the classic Whataburger without tomatoes but with extra Mayo. They ensured that every aspect of my order was perfect, making my inaugural visit a resounding success. I'm immensely grateful for the exceptional service from Mir, and I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a scrumptious meal. 5 stars!
The meals may be messy but the dining room and restrooms are definitely not. Music is soft enough to have a normal conversation. Overall, not as chaotic as other Whataburger locations but it was also 3:30PM.
Food and atmosphere were amazing. I did try to add the points for my app, and have trouble receiving the points, but Rose helped me receive them. So because of the tremendous help i have been given, 5 stars all round. Love this restaurant and their food. Always wanting to return, they are always friendly and willing to help out in any and every way
The drive from the exit to the lake is long but very beautiful especially around the fall foliage season. Lake water can be choppy on windy days that ruin everything. Bring long lens if you have one.
I had one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had. The Spicy Chicken sandwich had lots of chicken, and was actually spicy. (Unlike McDonald’s) All the ingredients tasted fresh. The fries were also good, and if you dipped them in ketchup they were even better. I took the drive thru and I didn’t have any problems.
I think the 1stars might be a bit harsh.. Whataburger is fast food, but it’s supposed to be made fresh.
Placed an online order at 230am, nobody else was inside or drive thru. They were cleaning up and my order was being made fresh. They informed me the milkshake machine was dirty and cleaning it would take a while, which I appreciate, cause who wants a dirty milkshake?
I asked if they could hook it up with another desert, since I had already payed for the shake on the app, and they gave me an Apple pie. Everything was warm and tasty as always. Thanks!!
Wonderful location conveniently located just in front of Michaels & Home Goods in the Target Cinco Ranch lot so we’ve been frequenting this establishment 15+ years or for as long as it’s been here & never had any significant or memorable experiences except for 1 major one-they are the fastest locale around this area that’s got to be fact checked as truthful!!! Also everyone is kind and smiling, thankful for this kiddos kindness and helpfulness Saturday. It’s the what-a-burgers for us, and honey butter chicken biscuits cannot be beat!!!

If I am honest about the fries though, that first bite was a huge disappointment. Luke warm and limp, and the lack of salt didn't help the flavor profile 😬🍟😝 Super weak fry game on that meal 🥺
I came during the mid-afternoon lull between 3:30 and 4 pm though, so ... hopefully next time I'll have a better report. I understand how shift change can accidentally result in bad/old product going out the window and everyone (including fries) deserves a second chance!! 🤘⭐😉
