Had dinner with family here again tonight . It was fantastic. Everyday loved it, so much food !!! They give so big portion , but I’m ok with it ! lol….. highly recommended!!
Amazing food, service and atmosphere! The drinks and food menu are great with a focus on high quality ingredients at the right price. If you’re looking for a good sushi restaurant, I highly recommend this place! I have been to Fusion Wok Sushi three times already and it has never let me down. The same great experience every time. The sushi was incredibly fresh and the staff was attentive and knowledgeable which only added to my memorable experience.
This is the place that surprised me. I didn't expect the food to be so delicious and fresh, and their service was also very good. My family and I really enjoy here and will continue to come back.

My wife and I went in for lunch for the first time today. Mary sat us and also took our order. She was extremely pleasant and made us feel immediately welcome. We sampled several sushi bar items and some gyoza from the kitchen.
Mary made us feel comfortable and was a large part of our positive experience.
Pretty decent place for a local sushi/ asian fusion place where you can enjoy japanese/chinese/thai food at the place. The selection of dishes are available widely. I am hoping that that have enough ingredients for everything on the menu. Tonight they ran out of Hamachi Kama and Beef Negimaki. But we still enjoye the Shrimp Lomein a tad salty, awesome rock shrimp, the special rools are nice and taste fresh. Soft shell crab tempura is nice and crunchy served with mixed veggie tempura. We had the Rainbow roll and the age tofu and the sauce are decent. The salmon skin salad i can still taste the bitter part of the skin but the kani salad with apple is nice to have.
We had dinner here last week. It was a really good restaurant. Their service was friendly and quickly. Love their tempura, light and crunchy. Actually, they provided everything with good/fresh quality. Personal recommend the "out of control" roll, that's my favorite!

We used to go to one a little bit further down the road but the quality has gone down considerably and they keep raising the prices for lower quality food. There was a parents night out at Team Legacy martial arts(excellent martial arts school by the way on FM 1463) and we saw the excellent reviews Fusion Wok had so we decided to try it out. It was above and beyond what we were expecting in food quality. Insanely tasteful and very fresh tasting. Their prices are very accessible and their sushi menu is pretty big. Excellent job guys please keep it up. Only advice I would give is to make the waiters a little bit more welcoming.
This was the first time I've ever been to this place and I was pleasantly surprised! Our hostess, was also our waiter. Her name is Mary. She was amazing! Extremely nice and attentive. The food was amazing! I will definitely be back! This is one of the best Asian restaurants I've been to in the Katy area thus far!
We had a big mixture of various foods from noodles to sushi. Everything was fresh with excellent taste. Service was top notch as well with the staff being very attentive . Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great meal

After I read all the good reviews I decide give them a try , i order 4 rolls total . There is no doubt that was the best sushi roll I ever eat before . The service was fast and extremely nice even they provide a free drink while I was waiting for my food there . Definitely worth to try .
Had several rolls, squid salad and egg rolls and they were great! To me the best test of a good sushi restaurant is how good the food is in the middle of the week. Passed with flying colors!
I have been here three times now and can tell you that I have had great food snd service on each visit. The pad Thai is the best I have had in west Houston. The rolls are unique and very well presented. I am glad I discovered this great Asian Fusion restaurant. I will continue lol to come as often as I can.
