Just had lunch there today...again. Food is great and the staff is fast. My favorite meal is the Mexican Cobb Salad with avocado!
Excellent food!!! We have been there twice, if you like shrimp, I highly recommend the shrimp burrito, it is very tasty!!

If you haven’t tried El Pollo Loco yet, then stop what you’re doing find the one closest to you, and get there! El Pollo Loco consistently provides excellent service, the freshest food, and the friendliest service that I have experienced in a fast food restaurant ever. Keyword consistently. This is my mothers, favorite chicken, fast food restaurant. I was skeptical. that being the good daughter that I try to be, I took her to El Pollo Loco so she could have one of her favorite chicken taco salads. It was excellent. The manager knows my mothers name and greeted her by name when she came in the door. One – same manager (which is unusual), two – he appeared to be excited to see her, and three – the manager himself made certain that my mother received the grilled chicken taco salad exactly the way she has ordered it before. That’s really saying something. Clean. Each and every El Pollo Loco I have been to since that original experience has again, been consistently spotless. Regardless, of the location, the food is absolutely grilled fresh with all of the side, items cooked fresh, and all toppings made fresh by hand daily. The fragrance alone of the fresh grilled food make sure mouth water when you walk in the door. Cost? Reasonable, extremely reasonable. Since my first introduction to this chain of restaurants, I have made an effort to find one whenever I am traveling in order to enjoy the fresh food and friendly service that El Pollo Loco delivers . Additionally, I try local restaurants and fast food establishments, but none have rivaled the El Pollo Loco franchises yet. They also have an app that you can download and use for coupons, scoring points and getting reduced prices on their menu items. The menu items are extensive. They offer everything a typical Mexican restaurant does except this food is fresh and delicious. You deserve to this experience!! Become a regular , you won’t regret it!!
They are very friendly and the food is simple and tastes good. The guy at the grill is pretty good at getting the chicken extra crispy.
I lived in California for a while and I remember this chicken being so good. Well I gave it a try today and it was still good. I like the flavor and the crunchiness on it. Better than other fried chicken. You can see I devoured it!
I haven't had pollo loco since I left California. It's one of my favorite restaurants because the food is so good. Easily better than chipotle.

There is something to be said about how delicious chicken roasted over an open fire. There just is. Their churos are all really good. This particular restaurant has some of the most courteous employees also. Very polite and well mannered. This place just has it all, in my opinion. Can't stop heaping enough praise!
Dined in, and took a to go order. I took pictures of the to go order (dark room). They have this special going on, a Grand Value Meal where you can get a 10pc with 2 extra large sides for 15 dollars where it would normally be 20ish. Good deal.
The food was delicious, and my family enjoyed it.
It was a busy place and something put me off, there was a table next to me that had spilled soda and food all over it and close under the table that wasn't clean the entire time I was there (45min). It wasn't exactly appetizing to look at.

The spicy shrimp taco was really good. The chicken and corn was just ok. Beans are a bit runny and the rice was a little dry. Originally I thought the price was a bit high, but it was very filling and tasty for a fast food place. Will be happy to try again.
Really pleased with my order. Everything was correct and all the salsas, bowls i received were fresh. Since quarantine it seems like the fast food industry has really gone down in quality but this visit really was good. The food tasted like the grand opening of the place where they put the extra effort.
My family and I have been eating here for years ! The chicken is very moist and well seasoned. I also love all the side options and the sauces. There’s vegan options and they are constantly adding new items to the menu
This was my first time eating at an El Pollo Loco. Needless to say it took me a little while to decide on what I wanted to eat, but the lovely lady behind the counter was very kind and helpful. I tried the Baja shrimp taco and grilled chicken avocado wrap with a side salad. The salad was tasty, fresh, and the wrap was full of flavor. I love the citrus chicken with a smoky flavor. The Baja shrimp taco was equally delisious and the staff checked in on us during our visit and thanked us for coming in. I would definitely recommend not only El Pollo Loco, but this location specially. Great job y'all.
