Food is always great but everytime I order a drink it's not filled all the way and when I ordered my first slushy EVER from here I ordered a large, they only filled it half way and it was almost all melted

Outstanding service! This is a typical McDonald's. They are all very cookie-cutter. This particular location looks like it has the recent remodel, very updated. They have a Play Place (which is hard to find nowadays). Also they have the self ordering kiosk, which is a plus.

Multiple times I have not been given my whole order! When I go in the evening the staff is extremely rude. Get your act together and check the bag for everything before handing it to the customer!

Made me pull over and wait for chicken nuggets on a 2 meal order, no big deal at all. Then bring out my food 1 min later, great right. I drive home bring in my wife food they gave me one of the damn meals “not the chicken I waited for” and not the other except for the drink. Called 5 times no answer

My experience yesterday was an exception to the general rule. I ordered two Happy meals. The person who took my money was very abrupt and rude and after sitting and waiting through the line and then pulling out and starting to drive away my grandkids started to cry because there were no french fries

I had an issue when waiting for my order as I felt forgotten about and they corrected it quickly and apologized sincerely. I went from upset to pleasantly surprised in a matter of seconds. Very professional. Thank you.
