Quiet and yummy! I had a meatball sub. A good one is hard to find. This really hit the spot! Bread was crusty. Sauce was flavorful. Mestballs were firm and delicious. I also recommend the cheese crisps which were slabs of crisp-baked parmesan. Yum! If you like cheese, this is a must try.

Madi was the best! She checked on us regularly, but not too much and had great conversation. She was so kind to my son and answered all of his questions about the pizza he wanted to order. The pizza was great, but we will definitely come back to see her.
We went to brick oven on Saturday August 26th. We went there to use my birthday coupon for a free dessert pizza. 5 of us went in for lunch today. The lunch specials are a great value, the salads were huge, the food was decent, the waitress was friendly enough, it was clean, and the food came out in a timely manner.
Jade was an amazing server and was really nice. This pizza place is worth the hour drive from home, if you love your pizza crunchy then this is a must try place. I love pizza and this one is on my number one list for pizza in Houston.
We had Hayden as our server and the two managers at the end of the night before close was fantastic. I should’ve taken a picture before diving into this fantastic Buffalo dip but I just couldn’t help my self. These pulled pork quesadillas were a game changer and the Buffalo Mac n cheese *chefs kiss*

Service was good. Food was great. Kitchen was clean as well as the restroom. I eat here several times per month. I have tried a verity of items on the menu. All good. Only one disappointment was the last visit the were out of dark beer.
Update 10/17/2018 - still a regular here and the food/pizza continues to be great. And they have fixed the WiFi so upgrading review to a 5. Plus the new staff like Preston and new management are even better than before. Great place! Highly recommended!!
