Rushed here before close of the Sunday of July 4th weekend. I arrived expecting a limited selection and grumpy employees eager to close. They proved me wrong. They didn’t have a ton of bagels understandably but they had a great variety so I was able to get a bakers dozen bucket with everything I wanted. The employees were super sweet and the manager was great.

Ordering process was easy and service great. Edwin was very friendly and even helped my wife carry her order out to the car. This is coming at a time when it is very difficult to find good customer service. We called several times and he answered every time. Will be ordering from here more often.

Ordered ahead and I got there earlier than the pick up time and it was ready. They were out of something I ordered but they were really accommodating to replace it with something else. Excellent service and really friendly experience. Definitely going to come back here again.

Do not come to this location save your time and money! Especially if you’ve already been to and Einstein bros and know the quality of their food. Multiple times I’ve gone and the vanilla hazelnut coffee taste horrendous, same goes for the chai tea latte I ordered one time. Now to go to the food ordered a egg ham and cheese bagel and the bagel was chewy and difficult to eat. The little hash brown muffins disgusting and completely undercooked. The nova lox barely had cream cheese I literally had to resemble my bagel to spread it since they just put a ball in the middle and call it a day. This location need to be taken over by the franchise completely. Just ruining the Einstein bro bagel name and it’s a shame.

Bought a chai latte and two bagels sandwiches. Bagels were either overcooked or unfrozen at one point because they were so tough to chew through. I also waited up to 15 minuets for one chai latte when I was only the second coffee order in the queue. My bagel with cream cheese had such a small amount I had to double check if they really put any on it. I used to enjoy fresh bagels and great coffee from Einstein but now it’s just horrible quality with extremely slow service.

Bad layout. Bad service. Bad attitude. Place is a mess. Why would you set up the restaurant to have a long line of people loop from the door to the right and then to the left back to the register if you're going to let people hop the line from the door straight to the register. People in line were annoyed. Cashier said "Oh it's not my fault." Doesn't matter. Just pay attention to the people in line and control the situation.

Ordered samon locks on a cheesy bagel. Not very muck samon and onions sliced way too thick! You could tell it was made by inexperienced younger kid. Otherwise food is good most of the time.

Worst Einstein’s ever!!!! Ordered ahead, came 10 min after the pickup time and nothing was ready. I had to ask 3 different staff members over a 30 minute time period where my order was, all were confused each time. They finally come out with my coffee but it was the wrong order and spilling everywhere. Terrible terrible terrible

This is the 2nd time recently that i have been here. Requested a TOASTED bagel w/ extra cream cheese bu my bagel sandwich is NOT toasted & there is very little cream cheese. Ordered potato salad but told AFTER payment ($1 extra) there was no more potato salad. IF I ever return here I will be opening up my takeout order to verify that the order was correctly prepared. It is not rocket science, bit it was not cheap - over $9. Verifyng my takeout order before leaving should NOT be necessary!

Although the bagels are good, the kendall location is severely lacking quality in many areas. I tried calling, for 45 min this morning to place an order for pick up and no one ever answered the phone. Drove by yesterday as well and they were out of eggs, cream cheese and bagels. This happens all the time. Einsteins extended their hours but, has no food to sell. Your loosing revenue and customers. Bad management and business.

At 7:45 am this morning I drove through crazy traffic to get coffee. Conveniently they did not have coffee ( coffee machines were not even turned on), no coffee was made. The employee proceeded to explain how they were waiting for the repair man to come and repair the machines. REALLY? How convenient is it that today was National Coffee day? Is this bagel franchise that cheap that they would prefer not sell coffee than to recognize National Coffee day.
