Usually good food. Always have to take my burgers back because they're always still raw in the middle. And fries are always cold. Overall not too bad. I mean it is fast food
Waited 15 minutes to get food inside. Alarms going off in kitchen employees walking around everywhere but no one at register. Then a family tried to order and they guy yells at them that the dinning room is closed for orders. It's 230 pm on a Sunday. Horrible service. Do better.
The dining room doors were locked at 10PM despite the sign saying the dining room is open until 11.
Apparently they are still waiting for Jesus to rise before they actually take your order. But even he would be ignored. Manager was running in panicked circles. Never acknowledged anyone in line. Couldn't actually figure out where people got their food. Cuz the place had literally ground to a halt

Long line at the drive-thru so I walked up to the door. Hours said open til 11 pm. It was 10:20 pm but doors were locked. Employee let me in but registers were closed and logged out. Long story short, they finally helped me but it probably would've taken the same amount of time if I had gone through

She brought me some fresh fries, But the fresh ones were only on top the rest were old and burnt. 🙄😖😣😞😠
Worst and slowest service.
First I had another corporate coupon for a free burger, just like the one attached (different item), and my husband got denied the discount. He gets the burger but they were no where near on getting the frappe ready for him so he cancelled the order that he had fully paid
