The best Baskin-Robbins in the area. The staff here is awesome amazing!
Really nice employees! Generous portion. Have all the reg flavors other Baskin Robbins have stocked. Convenient 75 interstate and Lake Acworth or Allatoona. Lots of other good restaurants to get your main food at nearby.
Love this place. Adhering to covid protocol. Service inside no seating yet outdoor seating is available. The crew was great and gave the best descriptions of the ice cream flavors and coffee. No more taste testing but they hit the descriptions spot on!
AVOID! Do not order an ice cream cake from this location! My husband ordered one for my birthday and when he arrived they said it wasn't there and asked if he wanted to wait while someone picked it up or if he would like to go get it from the Sandy Plains store. He drove over and it was not there. (
We had the Greatest experience!!! Seems like they had been bombarded with customers all day! They were out of everything. But we improvised and made it through!! Well done Baskin-Robbins staff!! Well done!!
Great service and ice cream. Staff was very good about cleaning tables after use and wearing masks. (Most customers didn't seem to observe safe practices.)
Overall good service however, they need to update their drive thru menu to reflect what they currently offer. Its disappointing when the menu advertise specials but you no longer offer it, please just update your menu.
The worst experience ever! Husband wanted donuts and I wanted ice cream. We stood there waiting to be helped while either the employees were on their phone or just not wanting to help. Went on Saturday night at 7:30, only 6 choices of donuts, none of what he wanted and when I asked for the baskin
