Went here on a Saturday afternoon. Was seated quickly, however the booth we were sat in was a 2 person booth and seemed very small. Felt like we had to squeeze in the booth. Waitress was friendly and helpful. Food came quickly and was hot and fresh. Burgers are good not exceptional but good. Unfortunately they where quite greasy and felt those effects later in the day. Overall a good experience will probably come back at some point.
Arrived at 12:30 on a Sunday, didn't realize it was Sunday Brunch. We were seated immediately, had a very nice server and our food was out to us really quickly. Everyone enjoyed their lunch.
Consistent with other Bob's. We have eaten at multiple Bob's Burgers and Brew locations in Western Washington, so when friends wanted to meet at this one we knew what to expect. There were five of us for lunch and we had burgers, chicken burgers, a wrap and a "squirrel sandwich" as our meals. Sides were clam chowder (it was Friday), fries, jo jos, and potato salad. The food was all good to very good. The service was good. All of us would come back again. Bob's has brought the same experience of their Western Washington restaurants to the Tri-Cities.
Excellent experience. When you show up to a restaurant and review the menu and you see interesting things that you have never seen before we're probably going to have a good experience.
I think the mushroom burger, the bacon burger, and the bleu burger are by far the best.
They deliver on their promise to have a variety of delicious burgers. Refreshing for a location Kennewick. I look forward to trying the Richland location.
Great Fish & Chips. I have eaten at Bob's twice and I confess I have yet to order a burger. The first time I had a salad that was HUGE. The second time, I took a chance on the Fish & Chips. I am really picky about my Fish & Chips and think the only good ones in this area are at Anthony's. I was so pleasantly surprised! The fish is fresh cod, not frozen. And it was cooked perfectly.
Mushroom burger is excellent, very juicy! potato salad is a winner and you get a really big portion for a decent price..
Excellent. I have been several times and each time it has been a pleasure to eat and drink there. Prices are reasonable, the menu is diverse and it enchanting. Wait staff is extremely knowledgeable and desire to make your experience a enjoyable one.
Great place modern clean and great food hostess a little slow.
Better than Red Robin. Better for some things. I like the burgers here a lot more. However the onion rings at Red Robin I do like better. Burgers come with a choice of side. Kids meals are a bit pricey but also come with a scoop of ice cream and a drink included.
The food is GREAT and contrasted by the very slow service.
Better than most. It's a burger joint, people! The snooty reviewers that didn't like Bob's forgot that this place serves BURGERS!!! It's not fancy, but it's nice and the food is good. Salads are good, appetizers are great, and burgers taste like, well, burgers. If you want great food with uppity and holier-than-thou service, go to Anthony's. But if you want a good burger at a reasonable price, this place is better than Red Robin or the like. I recommend.
Red Robin on steroids. Better food. Feels like a chain. Not sure if it is, but good and safe choice for travelers.
Food was great the atmosphere was great but the servers not very friendly. Don't get wrong they did their job well but just didn't seem to be happy to be there. Overall it's a great place to go with the family or friends.
No complaints here! Family style restaurant that reminds me of red robins! It was a good eating experience and our server was so attentive even though she had many other tables to attend to and we were a big party with young kids! The mini sliders as an appetizer were cute and tasty and my steak medallions with TONS of fries (I love a potato!) Were delicious! I was happy!
The burger tasted like bar food. Nothing special but it fills you up. Definitely would still recommend this place as it has some wonderful workers and server ladies. If your goal is to get drunk this place will take good care of you. Their bar is easily the best part. I would also recommend the loaded tator tots over the burger.
This is a great location. The food was excellent along with the drink. My wife and I split a burger and onion rings. The server was polite and witty. Had a good time and left satisfied. Plenty of room and family friendly.
Came in with a large party with one waitress and she did amazing! I had the ranch burger and it was very good. The egg and meat Cooked perfectly, bacon nice and crisp. Husband had the new bayou burger which he enjoyed. Good fry sauce. Ranch has a lot of dill but still good.
Absolutely some of the best service I’ve ever had in my life and the food was delicious! Our server was really polite. She kept our glasses filled and checked in to ask if we needed anything and got our orders right. I ordered the bacon burger and the bacon was high quality and my burger was cooked perfectly. Fish and chips were delicious as was the BLT. Excellent dining experience. Restaurant was clean excellent atmosphere. Recommend! 😊
Food portions were huge, esp the fries. I had the Captain Hook Fish burger with Jo Jo fries and thought it was great. The fish was tender and fresh. I was truly impressed by our server (Kate). We had a soccer team + parents of about 30 people. Kate handled us masterfully, with individual checks (rather than one check for the entire group). She displayed a confidence and had a voice that projected well so we could all hear. It was kind of amazing to watch her work. I kept thinking, I hope my kids can develop the kind of confidence and skill to manage large crowds of people like this. When she delivered all the food, people were so impressed that we literally all clapped out of appreciation.
Two out of three gave four stars so I’d say it’s really at a 4.5, but there’s no half options on here, and I learned to round up at .5 soooo 5 stars - The half star reasoning couldn’t be explained, maybe it was the fact that plates had to be asked for or silverware was shorted a person, but there was something just a titch less than five. Anyways- really good burger, and by that I mean great balance and not OverBunned! The Cuban was meaty and tasty. It was in the shaved meat style of ham vs the thick slice of ham style. And the bread didn’t over power the meats which was good! Ah and the mustard was flavorful. Not a cheap tasting mustard so if it’s cheap mustard don’t tell me! I liked it! Well, maybe tell me and so I can find some and stop spending money on expensive mustard? Either way- look at that CHEEEEEEEEEEEEESE!!!! Every cheeeeeeeesestick was sooooo striiiinnnggggyyy!! Imagine it, see it, experience it!
My first time here and my order (fair burger) did not come out right, waited a while to get my reorder.. Server Rachel and the manager handled everything so well, burger was amazing and I will be back!! Thank you!!
This restaurant met expectations for a quick meal and a beer while passing through town. For a restaurant that has brew in its name, I would have expected a larger draft selection. However, my wife loves Wiedmer Hef and I chose the NOG and it was delicious.
Truly excellent burgers! It was kind of shocking because these days, burgers cost a fortune, and most are just...meh. Even at finer dining establishments. These burgers were big and juicy with flame broiled flavor. Loved! Bob's is the place for burgers and we'll be by again!
Great service in the bar. Portions were great, and service was spot on. Was an off time, but still made sure we had everything we needed even before we had to ask. Clean environment. Various sports games .. mens and womens on the Tele.
I really liked this place, choice of hot sauces didn’t hurt. If you’re a beer person it’s definitely your spot. I’m a food person and the chicken sandwich was top notch. I’d recommend this place to the every man.
A refreshing, pleasant experience compared to the Queensgate Bob's, in Richland, WA (which we will never go back to and we tell all of our friends and family about THAT horrible experience with the manager and awful service from that waitress)!! The Bob's up on 395 in Kennewick, WA is a good place to eat and/or drink!!
This was our first visit to Bob's, although our family are regulars here. Bob's impressed us with its generous portions, comfortable and cozy seating arrangements, and an exceptionally attentive waitress who made our experience all the more enjoyable. My husband and I left thoroughly satisfied and eagerly anticipate returning in the future.
Generous and delicious portions. Grilled kielbasa appetizer was fantastic. Waitresses we're miraculously well serving our group of some 30 persons
Very clean restaurant. Good service. Nice atmosphere. Good food. Super large portions, I do not think there is any way you could leave hungry.
My wife asked our daughter and I we could eat there and let her know what it tasted like we said excellent. She had always wanted to eat there but sadly she was killed that day by a drunk driver August 14th 2018. She never got to try it so my daughter come there sometime around the 14th of every month. It’s our favorite place.
