Stopped in on our drive through heading from Oregon to Idaho. Based our order after reading reviews. My husband and I split both the smoked pork nacho and the BBQ burger. The burger was filled will wonderful combination of unique flavors of heat and sweetness. I am a heat whip and though it wasn't overly spicy, I was glad I had a glass of water to cool my tongue. Like I said I am a heat whip. The burger did not have an overpowering flavor of BBQ which I appreciated as I am not a fan of BBQ sauce on burgers so ordering this was outside my norm. It was one of the best burgers I have ever had. My husband was nervous about the slaw on it and he too loved it. The nachos also were amazing. Loved the queso and creama! The Lavender Honey Bees Knees cocktail was a special one. We we asked about the drink our server had the bartender come to our table to tell us about it. I was pleasantly surprised he took the time to share how he makes this special concoction! Definitely highly recommend! We stopped in on a Thursday about 12:30 for lunch. We were seated right away. The service was prompt and courteous with a couple remarks that made me chuckle.
Had a wonderful lunch date with my wife at Proof Gastropub. The food was exceptional, but one drink stood out above all else. My wife asked Brandon (the fantastic bartender) to make a Gin-based cocktail, and received her new favorite drink. He presented an amazing version of the Prohibition Bees Knees. The lavender color and hint of vanilla on the lemon wheel pairs with the mild sweetness of honey and gin in a phenomenon you MUST experience. My wife had three and said she could have spent the afternoon drinking them. Proof might be our new regular date spot because of this drink.
The chips and guac, fish and chips, and old fashioned were also great. Give them a try, and I think you'll find yourself satisfied at the end of your meal.
Love this place and just found out I can double the steak on the salad! Steak salad is always on point. The service is great and friendly. It just takes a while to get food sometimes, so if you're in a rush, let them know or wait for another time to go. I think in total we were there for about two hours.
Proof. Once you walk into this place and meet the staff you will see the proof of this 5 star review. One of the hardest working huge smiled staff workers I have ever met was the gentleman behind the bar. I believe his name was Brandon. Even though I sat at the bar to eat this day alone the servers also came by to say hi and see how my experience had been. Brandon engaged in conversation with me and it was a very enjoyable lunch. The food was outstanding and the drinks were well made. I want to thank every member for doing such an outstanding job. Your owners to managers and general manager to the staff are doing an outstanding job running this place. It felt like they just all clicked and got along perfectly. This is rare to see in a staff. Unfortunately because I was enjoying my experience so much I forgot to take pictures.
Tried their Angus beef proof burger, I always amazed with beef burger in the States, safe bet. The patty was great with generous streak of bacon! The fries is perfectly done too. Delicious!
Service was great - thank you Lindsey! Food and drinks did not disappoint. We had the pork belly tacos and their special “GOAT” burger. So much flavor and came out fast and hot. We will definitely come here again.
Recently moved to the area from NJ and am excited to have found this spot! I feel like the menu here feels a bit more elevated than other local spots, and the atmosphere inside is pretty nice. Sat at the bar because it was a busy night and had great customer experience - the bartender was very friendly and attentive. I'm veg and the beyond burger I had was really good. My bf ordered a chicken sandwich, and he loved that it was fried perfectly and seasoned well. It's a bit pricey but not by much, especially when you compare it to other options in the area and even then I would say it's worth paying an extra dollar or two.
When we first arrived, I didn't immediately feel welcomed by the host. The waiter was also not immediately welcoming. We ordered our food and enjoyed the street taco tots. Highly recommend!! They were delicious. This restaurant is located on the third floor of the building and there is access to an elevator to get to the restaurant.
The Jalepeno Popper burger here is hands down the best burger I have ever had. DDD needs to come and help put these folks on the map. Atmosphere is great with the views from the top of the building and service is always quick and friendly. Good beer, wine and spirit collection as well.
This place is awesome. Killer grub, great service and a very welcoming and upbeat atmosphere, a little spendy , but excellent presentation and food quality, fast service and I didn't once need to ask for a refill on my water. Definitely returning and advocating for this top notch business
We have been coming here for more than a year now. All of the food is incredible, and the waitresses and waiters are attentive and fun. Our favorite has been Lynsey, who now knows us by name. Thanks for being the best waitress!
Service and atmosphere were both very good. Food was amazing! Ordered the pork nachos for an appetizer and then a proof burger for the entre. Fries that came with the burger were uniquely seasoned and very good. Drinks were awesome, Habanero Marg and citrus IPA on tap. Only thing I'd suggest is they up their sauce game, I actually didn't ask (I usually do), but if they have special sauces they aren't advertising them! Overall amazing experience, new favorite/top 5 in Tri-Cities.
Much needed restaurant in the Tricities! Small gathering of 8 and nobody was disappointed with the food. Mussels were so tasty and not rubbery. Wife said this has to be the best burger she's had in 5 years, I had a bite and have to agree it's top notch. I had a rib eye which was perfectly done with amazing presentation. Cobb salad was fresh and crisp with tender chicken on top. Daughter had buffalo wings which blow away any wing in town. Dirty martinis were generous. Service was superb. They have a nice presentation room upstairs that could easily hold 20. Can't wait to come back again!
My favorite place to go in Kennewick! The Diablo tacos and La Paleta cocktail are the BEST. The blackened steak salad is awesome too. The restaurant itself has a great vibe, especially if you go during patio season. And the service is always amazing!
Sweet vibe, killer views of the city, great food and drinks. Bartender was awesome. His name was Justin.. try to get a spot at the bar by him.
Food was really good! The fish and chips was a little over fried but still good! Staff was friendly. Clean. Nice decor. Will for sure be back.
