It seems every time I go to a fast food restaurant I get the worst customer service ever. Right down to the tone of voice. It was a glimpse of Hope when I drove through Carl's Jr and heard an optimistic voice eager and excited to help me. I have to give Mia a huge shout out and encouragement to continue with that positive attitude this world needs it and the customers truly do appreciate it. I will definitely be coming back to this location.
This is a great location! The service is good and the employees are so friendly. The food is consistent and always warm. :)) Andrea in particular is so helpful, she always gets my order down (no matter how complicated) and is always so nice about it. This is my favorite carls Jr, by far!!
Favi is a fantastic cook and the manager was absolutely wonderful! The service was fast and the staff was very friendly. I would say not a lot of fast food chains are this friendly in especially in the morning. Most times I dread going back to other chains but I would definitely comes back here. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Customer service was amazing. Karla, the cashier, was very patient with us while placing our order through the drive thru. My son was loud in background and undecisive. Her professionalism and kindness made the experience a joyful one. The food was very delicious. They never fail to please. Keep up the amazing job guys.
This Carls Jr is awesome , the staff is always super friendly and prompt. The lobby is always clean and fully stocked, great place to eat!
A few hours ago I was in this location and was greeted well by a young lady named Karla. Customer service was good, she was professional and gave me a good experience. I will be coming back to this location, I had a great experience.
Bri was the one attending me. She served my food quickly and is very kind. The atmosphere is very friendly. I recommend coming here you won’t regret it !
Haven't been to a carls jr in awhile cause the service wasn't pleasant in the past. I was in the neighborhood on my lunch so I went. The girl who helped me, mia was so sweet and accommodating, she double checked everything was in my bag and even put the ranch in the bag in front of me which I really appreciated cause that always happens, they forget the sauce. Thanks mia, you have made my experience great on my lunch break, I will be back!
Andrea took my order WITHOUT cutting me off mid-ask and was told pleasant and helpful! Got parked waiting on fresh food and was there for not long.
Misty was great server quick and friendly. Leo was very friendly, checking in to see if the food was great. We’ll be waiting for a Carls Jr in Oregon!

Of course, had me my favorite. Triple Super Star and paired with the new Bacon Truffle Fries. Amazing burger and the fries reminded me of the later Beer Cheese Fries Carl's had a while back while were also fantastic. These were just as good, if not even better because of the signature sauce! This Carl's Jr. never dissapoints along with the one in Colorado Ave near Red Robin.
