Good old-fashioned burger place. The tartar sauce is the way to go, and there's something about their corndogs that makes me get one with every order.
I love their fish and fries! The fish is cod and so yummy! Their tartar sauce is really awesome too, so dill. It's hard to find a good place with one of those as a delicious choice, but to find a restaurant with both fish and tartar that are good...rare! A definite recommendation to anyone, visitor
Burgers were as I expected. However, the tartar sauce wasn't.
I have dined at Zipps for more than 50 years. Have had the tarter sauce almost every time. Was excellent every time, except today. It was yellow. And had a Mustard flavor. Switcher to fry sauce. Tasted better.

Old time place with home town food. Zip's is a fast food place that spans the decades. Ate here as a kid and with our kids.
Great place to eat, a HomeTown favorite. I do have to say I have eaten at most of the zips in the area and the one in Kennewick makes the best tartar sauce.
Good food. Used drive thru. Had to wait but fine when food is freshly cooked 😁
My family and I come here every time we are in tri-cities. It has become our little tradition to come and enjoy the papa Joe's with fries and extra tarter sauce! 😋 yummy!!
Food is delicious!! Bldg definitely needs updated. Looks dirty, but is probably because just outdated.
The burgers are top notch, they'll satisfy any cravings with ease. However there are no drink refills, the fries come unsalted, and the condiments are sparingly distributed. It makes for an inconvenient first trip but if you go in knowing what you want, it's a great place to eat. The prices are fair
