Went to this Popeyes in a semi this evening but the lobby was not open due to being short staffed, after kindly letting us know the situation the general manager JENNIFER offered to take us through the drive through in her own vehicle because she seen we have ere in the semi. I had to use the restroom so she had a meme rf of the staff let me in. JENNIFER went above and beyond expectations for her services and act of kindness. Very thankful for all of her help tonight! Thank you for making my experience one of best I’ve received anywhere!
ONLY GAVE 5 STARS SO THIS WOULD BE SEEN. They need to get their drive-thru/parking lot situation under control, half the time you cant even get into the parking lot and people are illegally parked blocking the two busy roads waiting for the drive-thru. They also need to disable mobile ordering if you cant go in and pick it up or they arent going to bring it out to you. The WHOLE ENTIRE point of a mobile order is to skip the long lines at the drive thru. Covid isnt an excuse to keep your lobby closed 2 years later. Y'all need a new system of doing things and/or a whole entire new staff.
Hailey, the store manager, was awesome tonight - had an issue with pick up of our order and she made it right immediately! They are short staffed but doing all they can for great customer service! Thanks!
