Best breakfast place in Kent. The wait can be a little long, but the place is usually packed, and everyone is busting their tail. Just be patient and drink their delicious coffee. You food will be worth waiting for.
The food is outstanding as well as the service. I am truly bothered by their massive collection of stolen coffee mugs. I think their coffee mugs are from customers who have brought their own and forgot them there.
It's our place. My son typically gets poor service and I think it's because he's a large black man. There have been many times that he has walked out of a place. But MAGGIE'S goes above and beyond to treat him like a favorite son. They remember what he likes and makes sure he's happy. They know us by name and we are never sorry we came. My husband has the chicken fried steak. He reluctantly shares a few bites! ;)
First-time visitor, but I will definitely be back whenever I am in the area again. It's a small space, but the service is good and the food is great!
Great relaxed breakfast! Went back the next day. Great place with excellent ice tea!!!
House made corned beef hash was excellent. Service was super friendly and spot on. Can't wait to go back!
Maggie's is our go-to. Everyone is friendly and welcoming...when my family visits from AZ we HAVE to get our a chicken fried steak breakfast fix.
The quiches and scrambles are wonderful! A great breakfast place.
Always a good place for breakfast nothing fancy but good selection of egg dishes pancakes etc.
Wonderfull breakfast..bacon is thick and tasty. Love the breakfast sandwich. Get one with both sausage and bacon. Best ever .
Solid breakfast. Good classic choices on the menu, service was super fast and the server was very nice
Scramble?. Ordered "Maggies Scramble"
Sauted onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, & ham. Scrambled together with EGGS and potatoes, topped w/ cheese.
I don't think there was even a Single Egg in my "Scramble". It was a Huge Pile of POTATOES! w/ very few other ingredients. Topped w/ a ton of cheese!
What a dissappointment!
I won't be back!
Awesome French dip sandwich. And they pile on the fries!!!
Maggies is great. I've eaten here twice now and plan on going back many more times. It's typical American breakfast fare but done right. If you are in the mood for a cheap-hearty-nothing fancy breakfast (and who isn't on occasion) Maggies is the place. I've had their corned beef hash and the pancakes - both were worth ordering again. I've been served promptly, the coffee cup is always full, the staff are friendly (more than I am sometimes first thing in the morning!) and the food is good.
This place has the best food, & the staff are nice and friendly. I would recomend this with ***** 5 stars. Try Maggoe's out u will like it.
Maggie's on the Meeker, a true homegrown type of family owned establishment. Right in the center of the Historical part of Kent. Just recent had the opportunity to go in and have a late little breakfast. I ordered only the breakfast sandwich. English muffin, with fried egg, sausage patty, and cheddar cheese. With a cup of great "Farmers" the brand of Coffee. Sure it was a cup for $2.89 but they did keep filling the cup, and kept checking to make sure my cup was full. βπ I really enjoyed my first visit, would love to return soon.
Was so grateful we could have our anxiety group meeting here. Great atmosphere. I surprisingly didn't feel out of place as with most places in Seattle but then again it was Kent right π way friendly staff π
will definitely bring my family next time I visit. Thanks for a wonderful experience awesome food.
First time trying this place. Both my husband and I had the griddle plate. He had the waffle. I had the pancakes. Their tables were spaced 6 ft apart. It is hard to get a an egg cooked medium over but thus place did it perfectly.
I love Maggie's Restaurant
Love the people that work at this restaurant! Everyone
is so kind! Helpful!!! The cooks are nice and friendly & the food is so good! My favorite is there meatloaf I order two order sides of it on Saturday! Its the best I'm a regular customer. Very happy one! πππ€·ββοΈπ
My wife and I went there this past Saturday morning for breakfast. It was the first time that we had ever eaten there. The restaurant was clean and provided space for social distancing while eating. The two waitresses who served us during the meal were each professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful.
My wife and I each had the porker quiche and fresh fruit cup. The quiche was really good π! The fruit was fresh and had just the right amount of ripeness.
We had a very nice, enjoyable dining experience and plan to return again.
I went to Maggie's this past Father's Day. I really enjoyed my breakfast. Maggie's on Meeker is a great old school dining option. Great traditional diner favorites like biscuits and gravy, chicken fried steak, and all different types of omelettes. No frills and great diner food. Easy to find in old town Kent on Meeker. Plenty of parking in the area.
Always great food and matching service!! We love to go there for breakfast on the weekend or any other day we can finagle. Great atmosphere, great food, charming company, not too expensive. What more could you ask for?
