A real gem...one of the best little shops I have been too. Reasonably priced and fast!

This take-out only pizza place is overall just OK. Its biggest failings are the pricing structure, with a confusing mix of coupons and generally high regular prices. The staff is pretty chill, but they are not at all helpful with ordering. If you order two pizzas, and you don't mention the exact special or coupon offer, they'll ring you up for full price. Not knowing how to order there will cost you. Forget asking them to fix it; my bill went down about 80 cents (I had ordered 7 pizzas and 4 bread sides).
The "Garlicky CB" (cheese bread) is an abomination, a literal crime against garlic bread, and should be immediately removed from the menu (photo posted). It doesn't look anything like the menu photo, and is the kind of cheese bread I made when all I had was an old store-brand sub roll and a string cheese stick. Mine was better. I threw theirs straight in the garbage, where it belongs.
The pizza itself is reminiscent of Domino's circa 1988, with its slightly tough crust, sweeter tomato sauce, and decent cheese blend. I liked it OK, and it was nice to recall pizza from that era, but there is a reason they switched away from that crust style; it's hard to chew. Papa John figured out how to make that crust a little softer, and the Frankenfood scientists at Domino's abandoned that for a much easier mouth feel a number of years ago (it's not real pizza, stay away). Rich hasn't figured it out yet, and probably doesn't care.
The bread sticks are really good, and are the only reason to consider Rich's. Skip the pizza, don't even consider the disaster that is the cheese bread, and ask for an extra cup of sauce for your breadsticks. However, with only one good menu item, it isn’t worth the trip.

First time ordering from them and the pizza tasted pretty good. I know other reviewers had issue with their pizza not being ready on time, but mine was when I got it this evening. Hopefully, the service level will sustain over time. I would order from them again.

The pizza is pretty good however the quality of service is unacceptable.
I placed an online order and was given a pickup time. When I arrived at the restaurant, not only was my order not ready, it hadn't even been started. If this was an isolated event, I would not necessarily write a negative review, however upon speaking to a friend, turns out the same thing happened to her on a different date. There was also no attempt at customer recovery and more like a deal with it attitude amongst the waitstaff. My friends experience was the same. It's a shame Rich's, your pizza is decent but I'll have to return to CanAm which is equally as good and the service and customer appreciation is better.

Very friendly staff. Ordered their Chicken Pesto Pizza. It tasted better than other pizza chains.

Was shocked my pizza was ready when I got there. Pretty sure it was the first time. Pizzas are really good! Very expensive extra feta cheese was ordered and basically dumped on two slices. Why? So weird. We do like the pizza. When I've had to wait I grab a coffee from Starbucks or groceries from Safeway.

Chicken wings/hot wings are SOO slimey. Feels it needs to be cooked longer. No reason why they should be slimey. Disgusting.

Pizza was very good. I'd go there again.
Covid related stuff:
They've put up plexiglass shields, and ask that you not wait in the lobby if your pizza isn't ready yet.
All staff were properly wearing masks and keeping an appropriate distance. Thank you for taking everyone's health seriously.
