I gave the place a fair shake. The lemonade is fantastic, the sevice is very courteous. The food however,... needs A LOT of work. Stale chips, uncomfortable seat, food doesn’t taste good, great service but they were vacuuming right behind me. Very nice people but terrible food and seating. They only get 2 stars because of the friendly service, the food and seating alone is 1 star. I do not recommend.

The food is great, beyond your standard Mexican fare! Service, drinks, and atmosphere are on point as well! Family friendly, but the bar is there if you want to have fun 👍

I ordered Albondigas soup and it was not at all like any soup I’ve had at other restaurants. It had 4 meatballs (small) no veggies ( usually has zucchini, carrots and sometimes potato. It was a very small portion less than a cup. It was $14. That’s crazy!

El Charro has been a staple on Kent's East-hill. Their service is awesome, their food is delicious. Great place to eat if you like Mexican cuisine.

Ate menudo and was so surprised to see how close it came to mine. It was pretty good. If you like ethnic Mexican food, I dont advice ordering the chile relleno unless you like the American kind that is wrapped in a very thin omelet.
