Bad customer service. I Would give zero stars due to their poor customer service. They have terribly long waits in their drive through. Lines are around the corner and they are rude to the customers. We waited 25 minutes for a 6pc meal

I ordered spicy chicken sandwich after hearing about it alot and gave it a try but they gave me a sandwich with a tiny patty and half empty bun. Half of the bites I tasted only bun and no chicken. Chicken patty also felt like they made it while ago and old and cold.

One star is me rounding up. We went through the drive thru and were told they needed us to park until our food was ready. They had us pull just a little forward but still in the drive thru. Another car was parked behind us. The people behind us had a hard time getting out and started yelling at us.
