The food is delicious !!! The service was very friendly; dining area clean and modern. My only complaint would be the bread fell a bit short. The pretzel roll is the way to go so perhaps a good idea to substitute the bread if ordering the classic. It is a bit pricey .. a sandwich will run you about
I visted store# 6355 ck# 20034 on May 26th, 2019 at 4:53 Food was flavorful, the bread does jab you when you bite into it like a sharp object. The only con was the 25 minute wait for a Angus and Cheese sandwich + a Pick2 item. They should rephrase their catch phrase to making you wait a Lotz. I star

Haven't had this delicious sandwich for well over 10 years till this visit since Redmond and Issaquah locations closed the doors. I got the original and it was just as good as I remembered and the bread is on point. The customer service was great.
I ordered the Sicilian sandwich on Chibatta. Tons of meat and lots of flavor. Also had salt and vinegar chips and a southern sweet tea. Service was super fast and the food was amazing! My first time here and won't be my last. 💗
It's everything I remembered from the last time I ate there, which was unfortunately for me, over a decade ago. The sandwiches are top-notch and my daughter loved the pizza (especially the crust. She wanted me to point that out specifically). I'll definitely be coming back.
