When I arrived at seven. They tell me to pull forward. I get to the window the female working the drive thru tries to charge me thirty five dollars when I haven’t ordered she gets an attitude when I explain what happened then Charges me for a big king and serves me a king jr.
when I call to complain the phone rings endlessly. The management is obviously worthless.
No wonder these adults work fast food at their age. Easiest job in America and they can’t even get a order correct or have perfessional service. Pathetic beyond belief.

Will never eat there ever again they put nasty bacon on all of my food and I had a 60 dollar order and food was cold and looked like it had been sitting for hours

When ordering our food, the employee interrupted us to do whatever for 30 seconds, which would ordinarily be fine except that when we pulled up to the window to pay, the employee there sat with their phone to their ear completely ignoring us, not even giving any kind of indication that they knew we were there and just needed a little patience. In addition, only the fries were the correct temperature.

If I could give this specific Burger King 0 stars I would, why? Because me and my dad had coupons and we had to go through the drive thru because the lobby was closed but the lady in the drive thru told my dad that they can only do 1 coupon per customer, and my dad tried to explain to her but she was rude and interrupted him and kept saying 1 coupon per customer. I don’t understand why the lobby was closed and we weren’t allowed to use more than 1 coupon this needs to change, and the lady at the drive thru today needs to work on her attitude towards customers

Drive thru took about 10-15 minutes total to get through, my order was missing an item, the worker at the window greeted me with only a total and no other words, literally said nothing else, and the fries were lukewarm.

Beware the cashier did not give back debit card, then when noticed and called in regards to card they stated no card was there and they had taken cash all day. Went in because could not find it and they ended up having it. So they lied in hopes to keep card. Shady!!!!!!!!! Won't return to this location.

This place is super close to my house so I have given it several chances. Today was the last chance. The employees are undertrained, slow as cold molasses, & unprofessional. Now let's talk about their food. Cold, or burnt. There almost is no in between. I don't know who is running quality control for this location, but they need to be fired immediately. Every single time I have gone here there has been something horribly wrong with my food. I will never go back to this location. I'm going to share a picture with you guys of the new Taco that came out that I purchased today. I waited 10 minutes for this taco and it was clearly not fresh. Not really sure what the wait was all about. The taco is disgusting, I will never order another one. As bad as Jack in the Box tacos are, this was even worse.

After waiting in line forever at the drive through, mind you with only me and one other car this is what they gave me. A burnt chicken patty, and notice the lettuce? A pinch of lettuce maybe 3 little pieces, tiny ones and a drop of mayo. This is the bs meal they sold me. I ended up not eating it just the fries, I was too far to go back and ask for a refund. They honestly have too many employees playing around chatting it up. 🤦🏻♀️
