Ordered from Brimfield Chipotle, was supposed to have extra cheese on both orders. This is the amount of cheese that was on them. It’s a joke. Never going back. This was an online order. They know you’re not going to discover it until you get home.

Ordered on the app for pickup at 6:10. At 5:50 a friend of mine sent me a picture of my order already made and on the shelf. Of course the food was cold when I got there to pick it up. The manager said that they make them as they come in. What’s the point of picking a time then?!

Hardly ever have bad food from this location. Staff very friendly and restaurant is clean. You don't get that from all of them unfortunately. But would highly suggest this location.
This is my favorite Chipotle. The chicken is always cooked perfect and not overly hot. They're always friendly. The rice today was on point! I usually go to this one even though I'm close to another.
