Love Alabama Jacks. When I lived in Miami used to go there often. Best conch fritters in the world and the coldest beer. Prepare to stay for hours as it’s a great place to people watch, hear some great music, watch the boats and drink in the ambiance of the wonderful Florida Keys.💕

We love stopping at Alabama Jacks whenever we are going down or leaving the Keys. There conch fritters and chowder are the best. We always enjoy the people watching and music as well as the food.

We love this special spot on the water. My wife and I have been going here for years with friends and family. No other place quite like it. Food is great, but the atmosphere is is out of this world - stratosphere!

Great place owned by a really great family. Been here since 1959. If your outside in the Keys there are bugs. Just saying. Mike is the best! I bring ever key newbie here on the way. Hope to see you in November!

Heard the conch fritter was world famous. Now I know why. That thing was absolutely awesome. The place is a must see if you're ever in the Keys. My next visit will be to hang my "surfish" license plate in the gallery. Good time. Thanks.

Although the mosquitos are bad, the food was delicious. We had mahi tacos and a mahi Reuben which both tasted great. We got the conch salad which tasted great, and also the spicy fries, all hot and fresh. The atmosphere is what you would think for a place that has been around since 1947, but coming home from the keys, it offered great food and clean bathrooms. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to break up their long trip home from the keys. Off card sound rd, we didn't get stuck in traffic. So that was also nice.

V - I just love that these flagrant entitled tourists hate the place. You should. It sucks. Theres a buncha places you'll love near Disney. Stay up there. Applebees is delicious I hear.

LOVE stopping at Alabama Jack's every trip into the keys! I plan my drive so that we will pass it during its open hours. The Conch Fritters are amazing and love atmosphere and being on the water!

We had lunch with family. It’s an open air biker bar. Families were there eating too. They had live music playing that started at 2pm, not sure how long it lasted. Food was good. It’s on the water.

I stopped by here because traffic was awful on the way to Key west. The conch salad was delicious and flavorful. The spring rolls were good as well with the Thai chili seasoning. The service was superb. You have to watch out for the mosquitos because they are great in number being so close to the water; however the restaurant has lots of bug repellent. The restaurant was clean as well. I would stop by here again. They also have a live band.

Good place to stop for a drink and a snack on the way in or out of the keys. Unfortunately service has gone down hill. If you’re a local you’ll get service. If your not, be prepared for a wait. My drinks were empty multiple times. 2 appetizers took 30 minutes to come out of the kitchen. Thinking I’ll skip this spot for a while .

My girlfriend and I have been wanting to explore destinations in the Keys featured in the movie series "Bloodlines." She really enjoyed that series. In the first episode, a segment of the movie was filmed here. So we started our day here when they opened. I have closed many a bars, but have never opened one. We were the first ones to arrive and started our vacation with blood marries and conch fritters. OMG, do not miss out on ordering the fritters. They are not your normal dough balls. They are to die for, closest thing to crack.😆 If you are on your way to Key West, take a detour and enjoy this historical piece of the Florida Keys.

Heard nothing but great things about this little "Dive Bar", so decided to check it out. It is located on Card Sound Rd. (CR905), which is the alternative route to Rte1 to get to & from the Keys. Anyway, we got there Sun afternoon, the place was busy & band was rocking. We found 2 seats at the bar & Doug, the bartender, waited on us quickly. The food is cheap, plentiful & very good. Had some of the best Coconut shrimp I've had in all the Keys. For $16.50, you get 12 shrimp w/ 2 sides. We had the side salad & for an extra buck, we got onion rings, so $17.50 was the total... unbelievable! Great time, food & atmosphere. Definitely be back next year.

Location and atmosphere is great. Food was pricey and mediocre, and I would say that is being generous.

Everything you’d expect from an out of the way waterfront bar with bikers out front and live C&W band. What a great find!

The perfect keys experience. I wish I had taken picture of the food. The limabean soup is perfect. The conch fritters, best I have had. Everything else is simple and so fresh! Service, even when they are busy, is amazing. Beer is cold and the view wonderful. Again, the perfect keys experience (food related, of course!l

Came here on Labor Day and it was jam packed with people. Which was a good sign for our first time being here. We were seated in the back over the water. The service was quick and great! Drinks were strong and cold and you can’t beat the views. My daughter loved tossing bits of food to the fish in the water who were putting on quite the show for her. The prices are really great and food was on point. Definitely the perfect afternoon post fishing trip bite.
