Gluten free options were amazing! Started off with crab and corn chowder. Then I had the Italian pizza on a gluten free crust and a side of plantains. The bartender Billy made us his signature old fashioned that was great as well. Hubs had the mole chicken entree and said that was delicious as well.
What a great place to eat. Very clean everywhere. Had the triple tail (Jamaican jerk) Seafood Mac and some scallops. All cooked and seasoned perfectly. Off the hook is an excellent restaurant an Old Town Key West just a bit off the path of Duvall. I had the the gobbler which was fantastic. So good, we ate there twice. I’m celiac and they had a lot on the menu I could choose from. They were super sensitive to my needs which I appreciated. We had a party of 5 and made a last minute reservation. They made accommodations for us and even stayed open a little late. Sang happy birthday to our friend as well (they helped us keep it a secret). As you can see in the photos the food looked amazing and tasted even better. The dinners were melt

Great food, unusual combination of ingredients, but very, very tasty. Friendly staff, fast service. It is better to call in advance and book a table, you can choose between two halls and a bar in the fresh air. It is cozy and tasty, I recommend it.
First time visiting. Loved everything we ate! The fresh shrimp appetizer had huge shrimp! Everything was fresh, and my food allergy was addressed prior to ordering. Highly recommend. Atmosphere was casual and cozy.
