Good Mexican food in South Kihei, close to several condos and across the street from Kam 3 Beach. Fun place to people watch and enjoy the ocean view.
You can't go wrong with an omelet, especially if it has a scoop of rice in place of breakfast potatoes!

Average food with a great beach vibe! My fish taco was just average. Put together like a cooked frozen fish stick in a tortilla with cabbage on top.
Really tasty food. The chicken chingaderas are an interesting and unique appetizer. A little on the heavier side - so not sure if it qualifies as an appetizer, but delicious! We tried the Mexicali salad - it was delicious! Chicken had great taste and was juicy.

We really enjoyed our outdoor breakfast at Fred's. We are from the South and really appreciate a hearty breakfast. Fred's did not disappoint. Good solid breakfast food, superb coffee and sweet service will ensure that we will make another visit before leaving Kihei! Thanks!!

We had a very good breakfast here. It was substantial, with good variety. The service is really good, and it was not overflowing with people like some of the more popular places down the street. Glad we found it!
