Today was my first experience trying the Quebec specialty known as "Poutine"...so amazingly yummy! ...Mathilde & Jean-Francois also offer a vegetarian/vegan/gluten free option...plus they have a shaded seating area so you can enjoy it onsite while the poutine is served "hot from the fryer" ...the best... or better said in French..."Le Meilleur"...

Fries, cheese, and loads of awesome gravy, can it get any better? Actually it can, they also can add bacon, and sautéed onions/shrooms, and an egg for good measure! All that with some down to earth people that conversate with each new customer like inviting you to be family. Can’t wait to go back for more!
