These were some of the best donuts we ever had. They are a bit expensive, but worth every penny! The donuts are made fresh right in front of you and the staff decorates them as the orders are placed. It was really fun to watch them decorate all of them right in front of us. If you are looking for a heavier donut, this is the place for you.
Duck Donuts was recommended to my family on while there on vacation and it did not disappoint! The donuts were to die for!! SO GOOD!
You do need to go early though if you don’t want to wait in an hour long line because they’re that good! The shop is also so cute!
Great donuts to indulge your bad side! Update: Duck donuts has a new store and the inside is clean and modern! I actually saw an employee cleaning the window ledges! Donuts are still delicious and the wait time was actually not long at all. We messed up a cold brew and asked for a replacement which they happily did for us. Thanks Duck Donuts!
The staff here is super friendly and the donuts are so good! The donuts come out nice and hot plus it tastes so fresh. I had the maple bacon donut which for me was like a guilty pleasure donut and trust me it's so worth it to try these donuts because they're just that good!
What a super fun place! We’d never had a cake donut before so this was an extra special treat for us. The kids loved creating their own donut then watching it be made. We lucked out and didn’t experience any line at all. Customer services was great. Definitely look forward to returning!

My husband and I enjoyed our first experience. It is off season so no line. Plus, we used the kiosk order system to make it easy. We enjoyed watching them custom make our order. We also found a Duck Donuts rubber ducky from the merchandise wall to purchase for our Jeep owner friend in back in WV while we waited. Fun fun fun!

Best donuts I’ve ever had! We used the build your own option and there are no bad combinations. Expect a line, they are very popular, but our donuts came out super quickly! Well worth any wait! Their coffee was also even better than I hoped! Make this a breakfast stop on your next vacation to the OBX
This is my first time going here, as we are visiting from out of town. YUM! I got the doughnut breakfast sandwich that has egg, sausage and bacon, drizzled with maple. I also got a Mocha Frappe. The staff was friendly and their prices are reasonable.
This place will now be one of the spots I visit every time I come back.

Made-on-the-spot donuts. Melt in your mouth. Lots of flavors. Cinnamon sugar is the best! But you can’t go wrong with whatever flavor you choose. We’ve also tried maple glaze with bacon, cherry cheesecake, blueberry cheesecake. So fresh! Nothing tastes artificial or greasy. When near a Duck Donuts, you must try!

As good as these Donuts look they are actually wrong! Everyone has had help, company changes along with supply issues lately I am used to the store asking before I am leaving “how they look” I didn’t see that happening so I thought it may be the “new normal” it’s not! With that being said I went back and explained everything to a young lady Named Brittany! And she took care of us! And because of her I have still never had a bad experience at this store! Pretty fantastic donuts, warm and fresh made to order. I really like the fact you can ask for a random assortment as well as a few standbys that are on the menu. Good cake style donuts and as long as you don't mind a line its a pretty decent stop. Price wise it's an alright value if not a wee expensive for donuts.
This morning we thought we’d stop by and get a donut before heading to the aquarium. Of course, it was a busy summer morning. My son-in-law’s order was ready in moments. My larger order was taking a little longer, and we needed to make our reservation. I asked if I could just pick mine up later. They young woman said yes, and we were on our way.
When we stopped back by to get them, a young woman said, “Are you #77?” I said yes expecting a box from earlier. Nope, they made mine fresh! Yummy! I can highly recommend the glazed, key lime pie, and French toast donuts.
Very busy. But well worth the wait!!!! The greatest doughnuts at the beach!!! Make doughnuts anyway you want. The best are the cinnamon and sugar if you want a quick recipe to choose.
