There was an hour wait at a place down the street, and this was our second choice. They had a 15 minute wait :) The restaurant is large inside with a big bar and multiple dining rooms. It was clean and nicely decorated. Our server, Marlo, was very attentive and answered all of my allergen questions. We ordered the burger, crab dip, and steamed shrimp. The dip was great. The burger was cooked perfectly. But, the shrimp were not cleaned and were overcooked. However, I would definitely return and recommend this place!!
This seafood establishment was alright. We did not wait long to be seated, which is a plus. It took a long while to be waited on. It was as if the servers did not know who had our table. The food was promptly brought to the table, another plus. The seafood was good. To make things better my wife (who does not like seafood) had pasta, which she enjoyed. It was a good experience. One of the only other bad things was the lighting. The dining area was very dimly lit, and that made it hard to read the menu.
We went for breakfast and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and service was very fast. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and left feeling stuffed! Prices were reasonable and the coffee was hot :) I recommend it for breakfast!
Had a great breakfast here this morning. Very nice atmosphere, very friendly staff. Portions were large, coffee was great. Their Belgian waffle and the home fries are very good. We will be returning for another breakfast, I'm sure.
Three different entrees, three excellent meals. Crab cakes were fresh with minimal breading. The hush puppies are out of this world!
Great place for breakfast. We have breakfast here 2 or 3 times during each of our 2 trips to the OBX each year. Service is good, food is very good, and the pot of coffee left on the table is so convenient. Look in the beach magazines for a coupon for free coffee.
Excellent food. A bit pricey, but worth it. Waitress very friendly. We recommend this restaurant.

Had breakfast and dinner both here and they were absolutely worth every penny. Some of the best food I have had in years and the service was impeccable . Run by a local family and it is deserving of the accolades it receives. We received great service from both servers (evening was Mark? Matt? ) The only negative I could possibly find was our over medium eggs came out over easy eggs, and that’s soooooo negligible and an easy mistake to make. Overall a wonderful experience for all meals
Sushi was some of the best we ever had! Super fresh and full of flavor. The crab legs and shrimp with old bay seasoning were cooked to perfection! You must try the hush puppies with powered sugar. The kids also loved the steak and the fries were crispy.
Today was a cold, chilly, and cloudy start to a rainy Memorial Day weekend. This place was not just a ray of sunshine. It was a fantastic meal to kick start a vacation.
After taking our drink order, our server brought a basket of hot Hush Puppies sprinkled with powdered sugar and scoops of fresh butter. Absolutely delicious and they were enjoyed as we perused their extensive menu.
We ordered their broiled local Shrimp and their Fried Seafood Trio with Shrimp, Scallops and Oysters. All of the seafood was spectacular. Our sides included a baked potato and sauteed Zucchini, both very good, and French fries which were unfortunately, nothing to write home about.
The hostesses were cordial and delightful, and our waiter was congenial and helpful. The decor was beautiful and inviting, and even the restrooms were clean and well maintained.
It's a crowded parking lot, so come early and enjoy some awesome local seafood.

We ate here for dinner Saturday night and had a great experience! Our server was fabulous! I can't remember his name but initials were MW. He's a student at Virginia Tech and was so sweet taking the time to speak with us a bit about college. He was so attentive and friendly! He has a bright future in marketing management as he already slays in the food industry. Our food was delicious! I got a steak that had a yummy garlic butter on top. With mashed potatoes and apple sause as my sides. I know apple sause sounds kinda funny to go with steak but MAN it was so good! My husband got the seafood broil that came with flounder, scallops, shrimp and crab cake. He also had brocolli salad and a loaded baked potatoe for his sides. He said everything was really good. We finished it off with a piece of Reeses cheesecake that was *chefs kiss* it wasn't too peanut buttery like some desserts can be. You could still taste the cheesecake if that makes sense. We will definitely eat here again the next time we vacation in the Outer Banks!
I have eaten here in the past and this restaurant has always given top service. It is family owned and the food is fresh and very favorable. I would have taken a picture of the fresh sea bass sea scallops caught off the OBX coast, but it was so good that I ate it before remembering to take a picture . Trust me it is an excellent appetizer to order here. The staff are always nice and the service is 5 stars.

Miller's Seafood was highly recommended to us by a friend of ours, so of course, we had to pay them a visit. Seafood and Steak, that's a combo that will get me anytime.
The Food: Hush puppies were served as an appetizer, and they were endless!! The hushpuppies were huge and was made perfectly! Probably one of the best I've had to be honest. But for my main entree, I got the "Surf and Turf". The New York strip was cooked perfectly to the temperature I requested, and the crab cake I chose had a good amount of crab filling inside. Overall a very good meal!
The Service: Service was great! Staff were friendly and attentive all the time. No complaints. Especially for waiting our large group of 8.
The Atmosphere: The restaurant was clean and well put together. Plenty of seating to go around.
Overall, a 5/5! Food was delicious and staff were friendly! Highly recommend coming here and giving Miller's a try. I'll be back the next time I'm in OBX.

We decided to have our dinner here on our last day in OBX. I tell you didn’t disappoint and me and my husband were delighted about the food we ordered. I ordered fried scallops and shrimp with a side of coleslaw and fries, loved it!! My husband ordered steak with a side of baked potato and fries (talk about potato overload🤣) and I had a taste it tasted sooo good too. We ordered the carrot cake, it was too sweet for me but it taste good and it’s the right amount of softness and a little gooey 😅 They also served the hushpuppies first and I was so happy with it coz it reminded me of a childhood snack I had before. Maria, our server, was so good and very attentive! Definitely recommend this place!👏🏼
The seafood was great in taste and great presentation. The flavors of the pasta with shrimp, fried crab, and bread were all great.
The New York steak was cooked to a T, the flavor could have been added more to bring out this great piece of meat. The overall look was great. Remember to have hush puppies, add the butter for a great taste.
Service was amazing, our waitress was helpful and never pressured us to hurry up.
This is a place you will feel welcome and can laugh, and enjoy the food.
Great food, great vibes, good service. The scallops are to die for. The stuffed flounder with cajun sauce was very original. Complimentary hush puppies were a deliciously delightful surprise.
This is the only seafood restaurant that my father-in-law will eat because it always smells clean. The food is incredible, atmosphere is amazing, and the wait staff is always so friendly. I try at least go once or twice every visit to Nags Head
