As usual my buddy who typically serves me was attentive and efficient. Since it's just me most times, I eat at the bar so I can easily watch sports or whatever is on. I have a mushroom allergy and the cook accidentally put one in my entree tonight but no worries, they were apologetic and supportive, discounting part of my bill. When I eat here, I spend $40-50 for myself and I don't mind because my food is ALWAYS superb and they are super nice. The atmosphere is relaxing. I always have enough food for 2-3 days. It's one of my FAVORITE spots, definitely in my top five in the OBX. The wait staff always accommodates whatever I ask for đź’śđź’•
Had some hibachi from Fuji Steakhouse and Japanese Bar and it was a great meal. There are 4 hibachi tables and they have a sushi bar on the other side of the restaurant. It was a Saturday night and we were seated right away and the chef came 10 minutes later. He was funny, quick, and he cooked the food perfectly. I ordered the filet mignon with a side of noodles(charged extra). The hibachi dinner comes with soup, salad, fried rice, and veggies. It was very tasty and the proportions are enormous so you definitely get your money’s worth. It was so much food so you better go hungry or consider splitting a plate. The wait staff were all friendly and overall it was a very good meal

Freaking awesome. These guys sense of humor are weird and hilarious. Drinks on point and food is delicious.
It was a unique experience that we enjoyed. We ordered sushi, and hibachi shrimp and beef. The beef was quite hard to chew though, but I don't blame the chef as it is very easy to overcook on hibachi with so many to serve around the large table. Obviously due to the hibachi, the temperature inside is higher than probably most would like, especially in the summer time, so plan ahead what to wear so you can feel most cool and comfortable.
Really great hibachi experience. The food is expensive but excellent. The shrimp was seasoned well and great. We got our toddler a side of fried rice and it was so much food! We had lots of yummy leftovers. The only complaint is that it’s small inside so it was loud and we had to sit with other people of course. Overall, excellent food.
Solid option for the Outer Banks. The teppanyaki grill is tasty and a good experience. Although I will say that you will not find the flourishing acts that you do in larger cities.
Recently we sat at the bar and ordered sushi. It was pretty average strip mall sushi, but definitely something needed in the area.
I live here and will be going back regularly.
Great food, had an awesome cook. Definitely recommend getting there early. We went when they opened at 5 and were seated right away. By the time we left there were people lined up inside and out waiting. It's a very small restaurant with a lot of tables crammed in there so it was pretty warm inside
One of the best around. Staff is always polite and put on a good show while cooking. Food is great.
Great place. Food is good, and the experience is amazing. Friendly and comedic performance by experienced servers. Most of them have been there for years and years which shows in their skill. Good hibatchi tables, also offers a sushi bat, full liquor bar and 1 private table in the back.
We love eating here. Spiderman chef is so much fun. The food is tender and good.

Customer service was excellent, let just 2 of us sit down and do the hibachi! Most places won’t do it without more people. Our chef “Wan”was super nice and fun!
Had a delicious dinner with my college bound students. They picked it and I’m glad we went. Once the cooking started, our meals were done quickly.
Fuji was a fantastic experience! When we arrived there was no wait and we were seated immediately. Originally I was planning on ordering a pitcher of beer and getting completely smashed, but they don't serve pitchers, so I had water instead. It all worked out, however, because it turns out entertainment was provided! Wow!
Our server was very friendly, but I think he may have been hitting on me the whole time. He kept calling me "sexy man," and "handsome man." How flattering. However, he did, on multiple occasions, tell me that he loves me, and I'm just not ready for that kind of relationship, and I only just met the guy! Although I couldn't reciprocate, I still enjoyed the experience and would surely come back.
I've been to many hibachis and love to sample them wherever I travel. This has honestly been one of my all time favorites. All the food was great and I was very pleased with it. It was all well above average. The yum yum or white sauce was especially exceptional.
Our chef was wonderful and had the best personality of any hibachi we had ever been to. His tricks were definitely top teir as well.
Was very happy and would love to be back again sometime.
Everywhere I go, being business or vacation, I will always select a restaurant that has sushi on their menu. This place did not disappoint. Definitely a must place to go to if you are in this part of the Outter Banks (OBX) area!
Went to OBX for vacation and the service was amazing! The hibachi chef was hilarious and really made my night. My friends and I still joke about it. 10/10 def recommend!!!
