Almost gotten a low score Today 2-22-22, Fries was on point but had to take my brisket sandwich back right away. So I gave 5 star cause they fix it right away with a Wonderful Attitude!!!!! First Time eating here, and getting food from here. Thank U Arby’s Staff for such good courteous:)

Diablo brisket challenge complete. Not that hot. I sloppy sandwich, but tastes good. They forgot to give me napkins and my fries were cold.

UPDATE: I had to take it down a stat. Only going during the day before 5, the night shift takes over. The quality goes down significantly at night. Twice now I’ve gone after 6 and it was not good nor anything like the food I get durning the day at the same location. I just went thru today and the f
