Melissa took our order at the drive thru. She was highly disrespectful and mocked me and my friend and proceeded to sarcastically say “sorry” with her hand over her heart and a fake pouty face and mimicked a tear rolling down her cheek. I have never been so disrespected by a customer service worker.

Drive-thru staff was friendly. Crinkle fries were hot and fresh. Beef & cheddar sandwiches weren't fresh. They weren't hot either. Was a disappointment because we love Arbys.

The short girl in the drive thru is very very rude, a simple smile would go a long way. A please or thank you wouldn't hurt either. Got a reply and wanting more info, link doesn't work so not sure how you gonna get it.
