The new improved Casey's Caboose is totally worth going back! Gutted and remodeled but the tried and true choo choo is still available to run its course around the bar! Check out the new Gin bar and amazing menu. Vodka mac & cheese is my favorite thus far. And seeing Anne back behind the bar is awesomeness!! ❤️❤️

Everything about the food here was outstanding. I highly recommend the turkey burger and onion rings. And more importantly I ate homemade vanilla bean ice cream with caramel candied pecans. We moaned through dessert. Truly a great experience.
We were thrilled to see that Casey’s Caboose has new owners and is open for business. They’ve been open a year now. The food is on point! So fresh and delicious. Stop in and give them a chance whenever you’re in Killington!!!!
Great food and staff.Would highly recommend going here for dinner.

We were there on Saturday evening and had the very best dinner so we came back again on Sunday and sat in the caboose. The food was fabulous again and service was great. We got to meet the chef and the owner Michael. Our waitress Kathy did a great job too. Very attentive. Don't miss the chance to have this experience. The clam chowder was delicious and the cheese board was really good. Enough left to have for breakfast the next morning. If I know my husband Wayne we will be returning a few more times before our vacation in over.
We had a great overall experience at Casey's Caboose. Friendly staff and food was great. We had seafood. Best clam chowder. Our kids enjoyed sitting in the Caboose.
The prime ribs was great! Generous size and great taste! After that, didn't have any room in my stomach left to try any dessert though.
The caboose upper level was so much fun to eat in. Our server, Tracy, was wonderful and the food was amazing. Will be back our next trip to Killington.
We came up from South Mississippi spent a couple days in Vermont. The service was great enjoyed the meal and conversation with the manager. I would diffident be back. Good Luck!
Excellent food, good atmosphere the owner was very nice. Good beer too
Excellent food, excellent service and excellent atmosphere! We all really enjoyed ourselves!
Great food plus it's chef there is fantastic!
Plenty of great beer behind the bar
Great food, atmosphere, and service!! Definitely a must stop when in Killington!!
Our friends introduced us to Casey's Caboose on Killington Mountain. First timers for us and it was a splendid evening. Our reservation at 7:30 PM on a Friday evening is a must as Casey's Caboose, it can get very busy.
The place is spotless in all directions, definitely a plus for dining out. Natural wood stained in a wonderful amber tone surrounded the dining area we were seated in. It has some rustic appeal as you scan the interior. Cool lighting fixtures hanging above the tables about the dining room. Nice! And the bar is loaded with many options to meet your taste's needs.
The wait staff was prompt, bringing fresh water to our group of four. A daily special folder was presented along with the enormous menu. The offerings will satisfy most every guest as it covers just about every appetite.
Special drink offers and many wine & beer selections were on the menu presentation.
We chose our favorite refreshments and selected our dinner pleasures. I personally wanted to taste the Sea food medley over pasta garnished with a creamy Alfredo sauce. One of my practices when I dine out. I also ordered a side of Mac & Cheese to share with my guests just because! It was very warm, cheesy and tasty.
My other friends made their selections and minutes later we were served warm plated dinners in good fashion.
Our waitress was very professional and stopped by occasionally to ask if everything was great. Filled every request without a problem. Excellent service, thank you very much!
Not one complaint from this gathering. Everyone enjoyed their meal.
I will return to Casey's Caboose in the future.
If you get up to Killington VT, be sure to make a reservation for a group of four or more
Enjoy!
We stopped in for a drink and some dinner. Good atmosphere especially being located near the skiing area. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was really good and there is plenty of parking. Will definitely be back next time we’re in the area.
The food is wonderful. Our House Special Wings, The Maryland Burger and Fish and Chips were all freshly prepared the delicious. I love how all the meat is not too salty and very juice. Highly recommend the fried pickles in the burger, too!
Stumbled upon BOGO burger without knowing it for Valentine's day special. Calamari is delicious with the fried banana peppers. The burgers are huge and delicious.
Had a very good experience here. I ordered the bacon wrapped scallop burger and it was delicious. Only complaint is that it could've used a little more seasoning. Before the burger, we got the calamari which was also really good. For desert, I just had to try the carrot cake. A server told me that it will be "the best carrot cake you will ever have." Well, they were definitely right. It was the best carrot cake I've ever had. I can see why this place is always busy. Highly recommend calling a day before to make a reservation.
Great food with a decent variety. I've been here for both lunch and dinner and always look forward to stopping by. The portions are fairly large. The service time is about average and the staff is very friendly. Lots of parking outside. There is a wait time during busy hours, but if you're able to catch it on an off-peak hour, it's very good. The facility is well-kept and is definitely a caboose. Overall a great experience.
We ended up here because it was pretty much the only restaurant open. The ambiance was fun and the bartender, Emily, was engaging and great. The food was good.
