Food is good, but portion sizes are considerably small for the price. It seems like the prices keep going up but the portion is going down. I left hungry. I am normally satisfied with a small but it barely had 3 or 4 bites.
I was having trouble picking what I wanted. I asked Anaheim about a sandwich she did not try that so a gentleman that was working said it was good and more popular than the other sandwich. The staff was so helpful and had great attitudes like they wanted to be at work and they valued the customer.

Good food and friendly service. Was not super fast done be in a hurry and put a lot of condiments on the sandwich to over power it for my taste. Other than being slow was good. I probably will not go back as not my favorite sandwich shop.

Our family loves this place! The variety of sandwiches and the kids options are great. When we get to go orders they're always done fast and right, and when we eat in the place is clean and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Much better option than fast food at almost the same price point!
The staff is very professional and polite. The drive through associate is by far the best we've come across in years and made you feel like he wanted your business. Food is always great

I recently got hooked on Firehouse Subs. The tall slender gentleman (appears to be in charge) gives excellent customer service! The food is fresh and just as ordered. Love their self serve drink machine (diet fanta grape ). The dining area is always spotless and all employees are all very courteous

I always get a medium hook and ladder on wheat with no mustard, and this has yet to be a bad sandwich. The cashier (Monica) was so nice and very sweet to us as we were ordering, as well as Allison who gave us our food. This place is also very clean when we go in, and has many employees working there
Staff is always friendly and helpful. Sandwiches have always been excellent and today's Hook and Ladder salad was fantastic.
