I use the drive thru for breakfast often and they are always very, friendly, fast and accurate. I have never once had an issue with my food or the customer service.
My food was great and so was customer service, I will go back the next time i'm in Kingsland!
Eat there on a regular basis and for the most part have never had an issue. The workers are wonderful, and I love the new table service.
I had great service today. I went with my 2 kids and the staff was very helpful and they had people going to all the tables asking if anyone needed anything. It was so different and i usually only see that at chick-fil-a but nice that other places catch on.

This mcdonalds store has an employee that deserves great recognition. Freddy, who works here has an amazing personality. Everyone here is great, but freddy stood out to me and my father when coming home from Charleston back to Orlando. He greeted us and we started to talk about football. We sat down and ate and watched him interact with everyone. We saw that this man has a heart of gold. Saying hey to everyone, getting along with the kids so well. I want this man to be recognized because he bring such happiness and brings pride to what he does. If we ever come back thru Georgia, we will definitely stop by to say hi.

One of the cleanest and fastest McDonald's I have ever been to. Additionally, on one visit, I got to meet the owner working his butt off behind the counter. That is dedication in my opinion and probably why it's top notch in my book
Try the phone app. They usually have some good deals and even free stuff sometimes, including free delivery. πππ₯β "I'm lovin' it"
A great McDonalds to eat at. Never had a problem with orders and staff are friendly enough. But feel employees could be a little more friendly.
Came in at 1am even had new Oreo frappe and it was really good. I did drive thru and person handing food shows they care about customers which is nice. Normally other people give you attitude if itβs that late but not this location as I experienced.

It isn't your fault that a Dump 20 person had their children hanging out of the windows. In fact, you guys handled that very well! It has been years since I've been to McDonald's but yall were quick, clean, and courteous. Kids were happy with the toys :)

I'm usually not a fan of fast food but this place deserves honorable mention. Typical fare but the staff was amazing, polite and efficient. For a busy Sunday they seemed to have it under control and not a frown in the group.
We stopped in here on Christmas. They were extremely busy and the lines were unusually long. I commend the staff on their upbeat and professional attitudes. They were running out of things and apologizing for the long wait. Myself and the folks in line near me definitely took notice and felt nothing but gratitude for being open. Thank you!
Fast and friendly service. One of the better McDonalds I have been to in a long time. Nice to be greeted by nice people. Order was correct and hot. Went two days back to back and both were good experiences.
Just went through the drive thru like everyone else within 50 miles. Got home and discovered we had the wrong order. However, the employees were very friendly in spite of the pressure they were under. As far as the food goes, it's McDonald's. Could there actually be ANYONE who doesn't know what their food is like?
