This was our first time going to Zaxby's. It was very clean and the bathrooms were also clean. Nick was a very nice and gave us GREAT Customer service and thoughtful suggestions. He deserves a raise. I will definitely recommend and will go back.
Their food is consistently great. Best chicken in take out. Better than KFC or Popeyes. Servers are excellent and very friendly. I eat there often

LOVE their chicken sandwiches because they're served on toasted and buttered buns. Wish Zaxby's had locations near my home. I only get to eat Zaxby's when I travel in the south.

This is one of the best Zaxby I've been to. Service was great, my tenders were tossed in a good amount of sauce nice and wet, the fries seasoned perfect and they have little cups of extra seasoning at the counter if you like more. The place was clean and the food was good, can't ask for more!
I wouldn't really know about the atmosphere since I usually do carry out or drive-thru, but the food's okay. People are okay too. Sad they got rid of the fried mushrooms but I'll live.

Hands down the best salad ive had at a restaurant. Food was prepared quickly and customer service was top notch
We love Zaxby's while on the road and trying to eat healthy, can't beat their salads. This one, the food was what we expected, but they placed the chicken wings in our takeout bag sideways. When we got back to the hotel, the sauce was sticking to everything.
