I used the BK app to order a 12 pc chicken fry with a double cheeseburger and small fry. When I arrived to pick up my order, they informed me they were out of Chicken Fries completely. They gave me an extra of the fries and burger to make up for it. I am still a very satisfied customer.

No complaints here. My order of vanilla soft serve came out fast and exactly as ordered. Weather was good so we used their outdoor seating. Conveniently located by I-95 ramp and gas stations.

I just went through at 10:15pm. There are only two employees working. I felt so bad. However, they did an AMAZING job!!! I havent had Burger King taste this good in YEARS. Hats off to them!! They deserve recognition! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Took forever to get food. Water dripping all over due to fact ac isn't working! Took 30 minutes to get 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 sm fries. REDIDICULOUS!!!

Stopped here while on a roadtrip to Disney and enjoyed the $6 Your Way deal (cheeseburger, fries, chicken fries). Unfortunately, it seemed that only 3 people were running the entire restaurant so service was very backed up and the wait was long. Cashier gave me a free soda for my wait, which was such a kind gesture!

This is my usual BK Lounge I go to. Food is always good. They're a little short staffed a lot of the time, but so is everyone else.

The corporate controlled website did this store dirty. Corporate canceled the Ghost Nuggets but didn't update their website. So, we ordered a meal with ghost nuggets when we got our meal home we found out the Ghost nuggets we ordered were missing and when I came in to get the replacement offered on the phone, the manager offered another set of nuggets instead. I've been behind the counter in similar places and that's on the money for what they can do as far as I've seen anywhere, and it's always unfairly stressful on the staff, especially when they genuinely can't control the situation beyond that and they've got a stressful day of rushes for their special "whopper's birthday" offer. They were definitely working hard even as the punches came. The only constructive criticism I'd give is to see if they can have their cashiers check on people standing around a little better. I didn't want to bark at them while I waited at the pickup counter during my take out and replacement take out, so it did honestly take a long time to get either order. I eventually got in the order placement line just to solve it. That said, I've been a fast food cashier and they'll probably sort that out in no time. They take care of the struggles forced on them by corporate and I have little doubt they'll get their cashiers adapted. If this is my only experience with them and this staff, I still recommend it.
