My wife and I have been going to Theo's for many years and I can honestly say that we have never had a bad meal. It is definitely a place where you can count on their consistency. Everything is always fresh, hot and seasoned to perfection. We will continue to patronize and recommend Theo's for a very long time to come! Theo's is definitely a gem of the Wyoming Valley.

Never had a bad meal. Had the spinach dip as an appetizer and spinach pie as the main course with lemon potatoes. Drinks were very good and service was great. Love this place !!!

We had a wonderful experience and delicious dinner at Theo’s metro last week! I just arrived to the restaurant after a 5 hour car trip with my toddler to meet my parents for dinner during a visit home. Everyone was so nice and helpful, and didn’t mind at all the I had to keep getting up to do some stretch breaks with my little one. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious!!! Everyone approved- my 1 year old is now obsessed with falafel. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a relaxing night out with family and for great Greek food:)

I visited on a Sunday after going to the theater. I was treated to a personal tour by one of the hostesses of the restaurant before placing my order, this is an amazing place. The food is outstanding and the potions were enough for two. The lamb was tender and the lemon potatoes were so good. I will definately return again.

Excellent service every time!! Wonderful atmosphere, especially if you have to bring children, and the moussaka with the lemon potatoes and lemon chicken orzo soup is a must to make my dinner just right!!

Went here for the first time tonight with my family and had the Greek food. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Only downside was they forgot my salad with my to-go order, which when I called was handled accordingly. Food takes a little while to come out but it's well worth the wait. Staff is wonderful. Restaurant is beautiful.

Great food. Having been to Greece a couple of times I made a point to compare and Theo's compared favorably. Excellent food fairly priced. Have eaten there numerous times and have never left disappointed.

One of the best Greek restaurants outside of actual Greece that exists! Funny comment but this place has the best potatoes in the world, I don't even like potatoes. Love coming to this place, be sure to get a picture with the waterfall!

Absolutely fantastic! Delicious, unique, a must go. This old popcorn factory has amazing decor too. We ordered 5 appetizers as well as meals. AMAZING. The bloody Mary's are excellent.

Very good food. Very nice waiters. Dining room was nice. Waterfall was still there but the golf area is not. (I remember those areas from previous visits) I recommend this place to anyone who likes the style of the menu. Just a small nitpick, I thought the men's bathroom was a bit odd (I won't mention anything specific, just unusual to me.)

Excellent dining experience!!! Can't recommend it highly enough. The atmosphere is amazing with hand-painted greek scenery on the tables and walls, decorative machinery from when the establishment was a popcorn factory, and an indoor waterfall! The service was great and the staff was knowledgeable about the menu so please ask if you're unsure of exactly what your choice entails. The food! Oh the food! The bread and oil they give to nibble on is fresh and flavorful! The pita bread appetizer had homemade tzatziki sauce, humus, and a feta-type dip that was phenomenal. The entrees were delectable and the soups of the day were robust. Rarely am I 100% impressed by every aspect of the meal, but I am amazed and will be back for more. AND THE BEST PART! Appetizer, drinks, bread, and two entrees with sides wasn't even $50. Next time I'll have to save room for desert, the choices the waitress told me about sound delicious!

Theos Metro is such an inviting place, with beautiful interior decorating. The restaurant served a buffet for 25 of us at 7 p.m. on a Tuesday evening, which included a fresh Greek salad, meatballs, tender Chicken Francaise, creamy orzo, Moussaka, and sweet baclava for dessert. Everything was delicious, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Definitely pay this establishment a visit if you're seeking an enjoyable night out with a Greek flair.

For a small town eatery, this place is definitely hip. Beautiful atmosphere, amazing food.. the service her is kind, helpful, and very detailed. The menu is sure to please and they make in house pastries that are to die for! Seasonal cocktails, all around fantastic establishment. There's even a connected pub that offers the same feel.

They brought us bread and dipping oil to start. We orders the Mediterranean dipping combo to as an appetizer it was good. I can't figure out if the hummus or the tzatziki sauce is my favorite. I ordered a Greek side salad and the wife ordered a regular side salad with ranch both seemed to be fresh. I ordered the Gyro Platter with lamb meat. It was ok. It was lamb kabobs instead of shave lamb meat. I think I'm just used to shaved lamb meat for Gyros. The fries are the good fries and cooked correctly. My wife had the Chicken scampi and she liked that. Place had character water fall in the building. Pieces of popcorn factory equipment spread out through the restaurant. Just an idea give out popcorn instead of bread to keep the history and ambience. Staff was friendly place is clean.

I have been to Theo's many times. The food and service has always been excellent and I love the atmosphere with its tribute to the building's history and the cool fountain and bridge. You have to try the lemon potatoes.

Today was a nice experience at Theo's. We started with Saganaki which is that flaming cheese pictured. It was really good with a lemonish flavor. We continued the lemon flavors with a lemon flavored soup. Then I had Theo's Three which was a nice sample plate of Greek selections. Lastly, desert was a baklava with a generous portion of honey over it.

Generally reliable, but most recent visit was disappointing. Pastitsio seemed to have been reheated. Pasta was rubbery and browned at the bottom of the serving dish. Our favorite lamb dish was also unavailable.

Had dinner at Theo's Thursday night with my mom and son. Hadn't been there in almost ten years, I forgot how interesting the ambience inside is. All the food was great! We started with sagnaki, the cheese that is lit on fire before served at the table. It was just as good as I remembered. I had real octopus, not calamari that's fried but real un fried octopus! It was magnificent! My son was happy with his grilled cheese and fries. My mother had Moussa which she enjoyed happily. I won't be waiting ten more years to go back!

Nice place. The outside area could look a little nicer. The food was good. I really liked the oil brought out with the bread. I got the shrimp ravioli, it was good. My husband got the sirloin steak, he said it was great. Stuffed shrimp was pretty good too. Sangria was a bit watery. Wait staff was very nice. Check this place out!

A family establishment that has been part of the community for over 20 years and a place my friends and I have celebrated weddings, births, birthdays and terrible days. (Book your event there!) The food is good, staff work their bums off, they honor the history of the building and bring a smile to many local faces who call this their watering hole (shout out to Lynn who handles all our lives). They have one of the most fun martini menus around and a fabulous seasonal drink menu!! You’ll always be welcomed here.

Absolutely loved it, we have traveled the Greek Islands a lot, and this food is about as legit as you can get. Service was great, very well paced and overall very well priced.
