Love this place. Like a home away from home. Friendly personnel, great conversations, and wifi. I'm a happy camper.

One of the best BreadCos. Enjoyable eating inside or on the terrace out front. Staff is super friendly and if they get something wrong they'll make it right. The "value duets" are great, affordable options in an expensive sandwich world. You get a half sandwich, chips, and soup for $7 or $8. Choices are limited, but we really enjoy the BBQ chicken sandwich with tomato soup. Another good deal is bagel Tuesday, when you can get 13 bagels for $9.50, and their family value feists. Interesting fact: it's located across the street from the site if the first St. Louis Bread Company (closed when they opened this one), which was a tenant in the little shopping center. It's amazing how far they've come, but that original location was the best.

This Paneras/St. Louis bread Company; located on Manchester/Woodlawn Rd. and in the same parking lot as Schnucks, is an excellent location! It's always very quiet, very clean and the food/drinks and everything is always fresh and great. I go to this location a lot and I never had any problems! Occasionally, the WiFi here doesn't work. But, if that's the case, simple sign onto Schnucks' WiFi. Schnucks' WiFi is so strong that you don't even have to leave the Paneras building in order to sign onto Schnucks. You could do it while you're sitting inside of Paneras. And their WiFi is free too. Both places are great places to use WiFi if you want to relax and use laptop. One more thing: Their manager Mary is one of the nicest individuals you'll ever meet for miles. She's very encouraging She's always great to talk; even if it's about life in general. She's one of the bright spots at this restaurant and is worth mentioning. Overall, this is an excellent restaurant and excellent location too.

Ordered 2 Madagascar Vanilla Cold Brews and a bagel for delivery. One didn't have any Vanilla added. When I called the Staff member was very helpful. She refund my order and remade it(I even brought them a photo of how it's been made in the past for reference) they didn't get an attitude and also gave me a cookie for the inconvenience. Super Great experience. Will be back!

I came here for lunch with a coworker and Mary was absolutely AMAZING. She walked up to us with a smile and was so sweet taking our order. She even looked after our bags while we set them at our table to go get drinks.

I ordered sandwiches from the drive through and didn't discover until I got home that they had not used the bread I requested.

Every so often, I have the pleasure of interacting with a few of the workers. It makes all the difference in the world when the staff not only greet you with a smile but take time out of their busy day to have a conversation with you. Today, a young gentleman named Ben gave me that experience. His customer service was superb.

I love it here. It is something about the atmosphere that keeps me coming back. The general manager( Laurie ) and the cashier (Mary) are the most charismatic people I have ever met.

Funny how they Still call it St Louis Bread Company instead of Panera Bread! I liked that! Made it nostalgic in a way! They didn’t have the Best food! Both to write home about! They neglected to give us our complete order. Everything was stale and hard. Sad.
